★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima studio's, mijn studio had echter een flinke schoonmaakbeurt nodig voor ik er in trok. Meerdere malen vervelende communicatie vanuit de verhuurder ervaren, de voorbeelden van Bruno zijn mij ook bekend. Er zijn op mijn verdieping meerdere negatieve mails voorbij gekomen vanuit de verhuurder. Dreigementen en conclusies welke op niets gebaseerd waren over sigaretten, afval e.d.
Mij werd gezegd dat de opzegtermijn mij 2 maanden huur zou kosten, dit was echter 1 maand. Bij het benoemen hiervan akkoord gekregen voor 1 maand. De huur zou all in zijn, maar er is op mijn borg een bedrag ingehouden vanwege "overmatig waterverbruik". Erg bijzonder, ik was hooguit 3 dagen in de week aanwezig. Tevens vanuit Evides begrepen dat mijn verbruik normaal was voor een eenpersoons huishouden. Geen energie meer om hierover wederom discussie aan te gaan met de verhuurder. Wees alert...
Great studios, but my studio needed a good cleaning before I moved in. Experienced annoying communication from the landlord several times, Bruno's examples are also known to me. There have been several negative emails from the landlord on my floor. Threats and conclusions that were unfounded about cigarettes, waste, etc.
I was told that the notice period would cost me 2 months rent, but this was 1 month. When appointing this, we received an agreement for 1 month. The rent would be all inclusive, but an amount has been withheld from my deposit due to "excessive water consumption". Very special, I was present no more than 3 days a week. Also from Evides understood that my consumption was normal for a single household. No more energy to enter into a discussion with the landlord about this again. Be careful...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments are ok for the price but the administration and the landlord are very bad. Every year they try to charge the tenants extra for water and generic “fees”, we had a group in WhatsApp and basically everyone said this have happened.
Also, when I left the apartment I paid double rent but they promised me if they find someone to take over the apartment they would refund me. You can already guess that they found someone but never refunded me.
