★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cool environment and decorations. Unfortunately we had less than satisfactory service and therefore will not be returning to this establishment. We ordered drinks and food, and never got the food. We had to leave so we went to pay for the drinks knowing that they forgot to put the order in for food. But they insisted that we had to pay for the food we never received. We explained that we waited over 50 mins the food and finally ran out of time. It was settled at the end but not without our experience being ruined. Would not recommend this place for future trips to Rotterdam.
