Expensive internet, 20-30 minutes to call u guys during the day... Slow and constantly problems... We've had 2-3 visits about internet and quality is still not as expected. Can't wait for end of contract

We are subscribed for this provider one month already - no internet (some problem with their modem in combination with the line...they said) and we couldn't cancel our subscription (well, we can, but then we have to pay the whole year payment). Don't step in this trap!

Horrendous experience with xs4all and with their 'costumer service'. I made the mistake of leaving my old and cheaper provider and opt for xs4all since they were supposed to be providing a better service and I trusted there would be a smooth transition, but I should have known better. First, I got two messages stating that the delivery date was 1st January 2035. Since I did not expect to have to wait 18 years to get connected I asked to clarify and was told: 'Deze datum staat bij ons in het systeem als 2de opleverdatum. Hier gaan wij niet van uit. De wijziging met die datum daar hoeft u zeker niet vanuit te gaan. De opleverdatum is 21 juni 2017.' Unfortunately getting an email from XS4ALL with a (badly) wrong date and wasting my time is not even worth an apology. Second, and more seriously, a team came to my apartment to install fiber glass (unfortunately I was not at home!) and the pictures speak volumes on how they left it. Here is a description: Communal hallway: the white cover/case that hides the black pipe stops some 40 cm before the ceiling and for the rest the pipe is exposed. Entrance of our apartment: the installing team cut through the baseboard (plint), left the first 30 cm of black pipe exposed --without the white case. The top of the pipe is without case for some 50 cm. At half height of the casing a huge hole has been created and poorly covered with some hint of stucco. Corridor of my apartment: the pipe emerges someΒ  8 cm from the wall, more than 40 cm of pipe are exposed without casing, the pipe is screwed on the baseboard and there is a huge hole 14 cm in width (!!!) without any attempt to cover it. When I complained to the 'costumer service' of xs4all I was told that they don't have anything to do with installation and I should refer to some unknown (to me) company. In sum, I am not connected to internet yet but I have already suffered extensive damage, wasted time and xs4all has already managed to antagonize me. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I am really done with you guys. Its so hard for me to call everyday on one or the other day for many reasons. 1. Sometimes issue with connection 2. Sometimes with upgrade did not go well 3. Sometimes the connection is broken 4. Sometimes I get irrelevant letters 5. Sometimes I was charged with some amount without prior intimation 6.Sometimes I need a lot more appointments to make with Guidion and wait for them for even more time 7. Sometimes I need to hold on on line for hours to get connected to different departments for talking about an issue. I lost my patience with all of these and I decided to end my contract with xs4all.
