De docenten zijn zeer vakbekwaam en de yogalessen in de Yoga-Garage worden met volle aandacht gegeven. Na omzwervingen in yogaland weer hier op de mat beland omdat deze yogalessen voor mij een essentie raken, namelijk het werken naar ( het herstel van) een natuurlijk wel-zijn in het lichaam.
Focus, silence, exercises, very precise alignment of the body and the strength of the repetition; You will find that at the Yoga Garage. The teachers are highly skilled and the yoga classes in the Yoga Garage are given with full attention. After wandering in yoga land I ended up here on the mat again because these yoga classes touch an essence for me, namely working towards (the restoration of) a natural well-being in the body.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie studio, uitstekende yogalessen volgens het principe van Critical Alignment. Ook cursussen Mindfulness en speciale lessen voor mensen met specifieke lichamelijke problemen. De filosofie is dat iedereen profijt moet kunnen hebben van deze eeuwenoude filosofie over beheersing van lichaam en geest, dus de prijzen zijn ook nog eens heel vriendelijk.
Nice studio, excellent yoga classes according to the principle of Critical Alignment. Also courses Mindfulness and special lessons for people with specific physical problems. The philosophy is that everyone should be able to benefit from this age-old philosophy of body and mind control, so the prices are also very friendly.
