The hotel was clean and the view was amazing. I only stayed two nights, but I definitely wish it had been for longer. From the moment I came in, I was greeted really warmly by the staff and I waited for few hours but they offered a complimentary drink. But the check-in process was smooth afterwards. The room was very spacious and it was always cleaned (the person who cleaned my room always did an excellent job and was always consistent in her service!). Love the sauna, and rooftop bar, even tho location is a bit far from the center of city.

Spent an overnight transit here, the personnel was very welcoming and highly professional. I had an apartment: cosy, clean and with all the comforts. Nice breakfast buffet, with a real turkish samovar! Really good ?

yesterday our plane was canceled and we were accommodated for the night in this hotel. initially the reception manager told us that it was not there and sent us back to the airport. It was there. We had to go back to the hotel and the same man, without apologizing, gave us a very cold reception, making calls and making us wait almost 30 minutes again. it is scandalous that a hotel like this welcomes us in this way and that this employee does not apologize and is contemptuous

Such mixed feelings about our stay here! The hotel & facilities are comfortable and beautiful (mostly), and offer a welcome feeling upon arrival. With only one night's stay however, we were let down on a number of occasions and our family was left wondering if we should return. Check-in requires comfort with computers, and the staff available to assist seemed frustrated that we were not adept at the digital interface- so everything took a long time. We dropped our bags at our room and visited the main restaurant for dinner, and again, the theme of waiting was consistent. Servers were consistently absent or confused when we made requests, and no one seemed to know which table our food was supposed to be delivered to. Food was delivered luke warm and the quality of our two dishes, spaghetti, and the chicken, were absolutely dreadful; the presentation was eye-catching but the quality was a huge let-down (a bit like putting lipstick on a pig). Settling into our rooms we found sheets still dirty and our request for a crib was unfulfilled. More time being waisted to rectify. *Breakfast in the morning at the buffet was EXCELLENT and a real redeeming experience. Great quality, and satisfying. Upon exit, our parking was pre-paid, but the scan machine at the gate said otherwise. We had to back out and go into the hotel again. They claimed it was fixed but the same experience occurred. Again, back to the lobby before it was fixed properly. In all, we waisted a lot of time here. Management may be too relaxed, or staff complacent. This could be a spectacular hotel if some of the employees showed some care & consideration.

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this hotel! A truly unique stay, with a real 747 sitting on its grounds, to the aviation themed interior, we can't say enough good things about it! An aviation geeks' dream hotel! The staff was friendly, the rates were amazingly low for a new hotel, and the rooms were spacious! We can't wait to return! Two thumbs up!!

We had a great room looking straight at the 747. Staff were friendly and helpful. Used pool and sauna while there and both clean and well kept. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient and friendly check-in. Close to airport, yet still quiet. Good price, clean modern room. Large shuttle buses to and from airport every 30 minutes starting early until late. Was able to get large selection of snacks and beverages from the convenience store in the lobby when I arrived late in the evening. Good hotel.

The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms were very nice and the bathroom was gorgeous! It’s nicely decorated and has many facilities like a spa which is free! Just remember to bring a swim suit. We didn’t eat at the hotel but the bar was really nice as were the staff who worked there. The only downside was that one of our towels was a bit dirty but other than that it’s a really nice hotel, relatively affordable and I would 100% recommend.
