About Yuzu Enschede
De keuken van Yuzu is een mix van verschillende Aziatische keukens. Door speciaal te kiezen voor “de Oriënt” is de menukeuze niet beperkt tot gerechten uit bepaalde landen of streken. Wij gebruiken altijd de mooiste gerechten en ingrediënten uit het hele Verre Oosten.
In eerste instantie hebben we gekozen voor een combinatie van Chinees, Japans, Thais en Vietnamees, maar het kan zomaar zijn dat bij een wisseling van de menukaart nog andere landen aan bod zullen komen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place, I had dinner inside a giant bird cage! Food was good, loved the dumplings. The hotsauce was actually hot, which was a very pleasant surprise.

The complete experience was really good, it's hard not to notice they payed special attention to details like the decoration and ambient music to make of this a top of the list restaurant and the perfect place for a special occasion celebration.
Compared to other places in town you'll find it to be a little bit expensive, but in it's favor I must say that the quality and overall experience is worth it.
I highly recommend the Tom Kha Kai, which is a Thai Coconut Chicken Soup and the Peking Duck with Plum Sauce, both plates were amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far I had a Tonkatsu (Ramen) broth and a friend of mine had the Shoyu broth. Comparing both of our meals, the general ingredients were kept the same, expect for the meat.
I liked that the broth themselves were flavourful enough but not too salty either. The egg was a little cold but other than that, I very much enjoyed it, especially considering the price!
I'll definitely come back, if not for the ramen then to try out the different dishes!
