Ze zijn nu voor de zoveelste keer een pakketje van mij kwijt en zeggen gewoon dat ze niks hebben ontvangen, terwijl ik bewijs op mijn telefoon heb van de aflevering. Snap niet dat postnl nog met deze winkel samen werkt.
 Very unprofessional and not customer friendly.
They have now lost a package from me for the umpteenth time and just say that they have not received anything, while I have proof on my phone of the delivery. Do not understand that postnl still works with this store.
