J	Jona Wolff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience ever in any Zara I’ve ever been to. Staff is extremely arrogant, the store is a chaotic mess, and your partner is not even allowed near the changing room to look at the clothes you’re fitting. Never going here again.
W	Wanderfull on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there Tuesday afternoon and the shopfloor was neat and clean. I would also like to add that the staff was really friendly. They were helpful at the fitting rooms, in the store when I needed another size of trousers and at the cash desk. Overall they were really nice and I had a good experience. I know that the customers who come here are ridiculous and always make a mess and throw the clothes on the floor etc. So props to the staff for keeping the shop tidy and remaining helpful and nice!
K	Kemal Dahha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager of the men's department would not accept my returns, claiming the clothes had been worn, which was completely untrue. She was very arrogant and had a demeaning attitude. She probably had some KPI target to meet and didn't accept my return for that reason. She didn't care about customer service, basically accusing me of lying. I went to the store in Rotterdam and they took it back without issues.

S	Sophia Althammer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I queued in 3 lines at each floor in order to pick up my order (waited in total 20 minutes) just to be send to another pick up point and wait there for my package to be picked up. You could easily improve that with setting up proper signs and not wasting the time or ypur customers.
B	Bram Boek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time I was there, one of the staff members was really angry and it showed all over the place. To be honest it was quite an entertaining experience but not really pleasant! However that’s not why I’m giving it three stars. It’s because I find the quality of the clothes not really good, even though the prices are pretty okay. I have visited several Zara boutiques before and they usually have good service minded staff and I guess this one will be considered mediocre because of the angry staff member.
