★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will be treated like trash by the staff. I was waiting for my partner in the fitting rooms at the upstairs (men's) section. I noticed some girls walking in and out to fit their clothes. When I wanted to try on some jeans, I saw that the queue for the downstairs (women's) fitting rooms was very crowded. So I went upstairs again and the person working there immediately barked to "go downstairs"; no please, no manners, nothing. Why were the other girls allowed to walk through and not me? It definitely made me feel bad, but I decided to wait in the queue downstairs. Which took me around 20 minutes.
After finishing fitting my clothes, I walked to the rack since some of it didn't fit, and the woman there also snapped at me saying "give it to me" in a condescending and rude manner.
The whole experience just made me feel like I was in high school all over again and I won't visit again after this.
TL;DR
Staff are bullies do not go here, order online or go to H&M.
