β β β β β Unfriendly and rude staff. Yesterday I bought a gift box for a friend and when we opened it all the products were out of date. When I went this morning to the shop to return it the tender was rude, he didn't apologise at all and didn't understand why I didn't want to exchange it for another gift box. Perhaps he likes to eat outdated products or he is just an unhappy person. Sad.
