Aber hier, und ich war erstaunt, wie groß der Laden doch ist, das wusste ich gar nicht. Ich hab auf jeden Fall genau das bekommen, was ich gesucht habe und ich bin super freundlich bedient und beraten worden. Und das alles für einen guten Preis. Ich komme wieder :) I needed handlebar ends for my bike at relatively short notice, which I could not find in the big known shops in the area. But here, and I was amazed at how big the shop was, I didn't know that. In any case, I got exactly what I was looking for and I was served and advised in a super friendly manner. And all for a good price. I'll be back :)
S	Stephan H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte eine gebrochene Speichel an mein Hinterrad, es wurde einfach eine normale Speichel eingesetzt obwohl eine Messerspeichel hätte verwendet werden müssen!!! Dafür ca 24 Euro berechnet Bei einen Fachgeschäft sollte so was nicht passieren... Had a broken saliva on my rear wheel, just normal saliva was used although a knife saliva should have been used !!! For that about 24 euros This should not happen at a specialty shop ...

Es wird alles bis ins Detail erklärt so dass jeder Zweifel ausgeräumt wird. ich habe ein 40 Jahre alte tandem dahin gebracht. ich hatte Sorge dass das nicht reparierbar ist. Herr Happe hat ein Weg gefunden und die Kosten sind im Rahmen geblieben. Ich war 14 Tage in Quarantäne konnte das tandem nicht abholen. mein Tandem wurde kostenfrei gelagert. ich würde Zweirad Happe mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Zweirad Happe is a family business that is very reliable. Every customer is treated well there. people make time for each customer. Everything is explained in detail so that any doubt is dispelled. i brought a 40 year old tandem there. I was concerned that it couldn't be repaired. Mr. Happe has found a way and the costs have stayed within reasonable limits. I was in quarantine for 14 days and could not pick up the tandem. my tandem was stored free of charge. I would recommend Zweirad Happe with a clear conscience.

Haben unsere Fahrräder leider in einem xxl Meinhövel gekauft ( nie wieder ), das nächste bestimmt bei Happe. Hier fühlt man sich wirklich gut aufgehoben. Very nice advice, competent, friendly and qualified. Unfortunately we bought our bikes in a xxl Meinhövel (never again), the next one at Happe. You really feel in good hands here.

Diese wird sehr unfreundlich abgewunken mit den Worten: „Woanders kaufen, aber hier reparieren lassen...“ Die Örtliche Nähe mag für viele praktisch sein, aber da fahre ich doch lieber etwas weiter. Dann beschränkt sich der Kundenservice auch nicht nur auf dort gekaufte Fahrräder - zumal auch eine Fahrradreparatur ein Service ist, den ich ja selbstverständlich bezahle..... Prices way too high compared to others. In addition, very unfriendly woman at the checkout. Repair of bicycles not bought there is not possible. This is rejected very unfriendly with the words: “Buy elsewhere, but have it repaired here ...” The local proximity may be practical for many, but I prefer to drive a little further. Then the customer service is not limited to bicycles bought there - especially since a bicycle repair is a service that I of course pay for .....

Die erste Frage lautete ob ich mein Fahrrad dort gekauft habe, was ich verneinte. Dann könne man mir keinen Termin geben (wir reden hier von Schläuchen, keine rundum Erneuerung). Ich solle diese doch einfach selber wechseln oder dort einfach zwei neue Räder kaufen, dann ginge es?? in meinen Augen eine sehr fragwürdige Antwort. Naja dann geht es den Lokalen Händler anscheinend zu gut. Ich habe definitiv das letzte mal dort angefragt. Very rude on the phone. For the sake of convenience, I wanted to have both of my bicycle tubes changed there. The first question was whether I bought my bike there, to which I said no. Then I couldn't be given an appointment (we're talking about hoses, not a complete renewal). I should just change them myself or just buy two new bikes there, then it would be a very questionable answer in my opinion. Well then the local dealers seem to be doing too well. I definitely asked there for the last time.
