H	Hi Iiii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ einfach Katastrophe.Hab im Laden 3 Bücher bestellt nach Hause, es kamen aber nicht die Bücher an die ich bestellt hatte und bei der Rechnung stand ein ganz anderer Name aber auf dem Paket mein Name.Also musste ich nochmal dahin.Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich , aber sie sind da sehr inkompetent & wissen nicht was sie tun sollen.Und dann hab ich noch erfahren das nur zwei Bücher bestellt worden sind obwohl ich für 3 Bücher bezahlt habe.Sonst eigentlich schöner Laden, aber Bücher bestelle ich da nicht mehr. Simply disaster. I ordered 3 books in the store to go home, but the books I had ordered did not arrive and on the invoice there was a completely different name but my name on the package. So I had to go there again. Staff very friendly, but They are very incompetent there & don't know what to do. And then I found out that only two books were ordered although I paid for 3 books. Otherwise actually nice shop, but I don't order books there anymore.

N	Nina Lalic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ohne worte,als Scan and Go Kunde wird man genauso wie ein Ladendieb beschattet, und der kontrollvorgang dauert länger als das bezahlen an der Kasse, kenne ich von keiner anderen Filiale,dort sind sie immer freundlich und hilfsbereit Without a word, as a Scan and Go customer you are shadowed just like a shoplifter, and the control process takes longer than paying at the checkout, I don't know of any other branch there, they are always friendly and helpful
