In november 2017 is een prachtige samenwerking ontstaan tussen chef Kasper Verlinden en gastheer/sommelier Remco van Antwerpen. Bij een bezoek aan dit restaurant ervaart u een reis door het portfolio van beide heren, opgebouwd in meer dan 15 jaar ervaring in zowel binnen als buitenland. Bij Portfolio geniet u in een ongedwongen sfeer van een vast menu welke zowel aan de marmeren eetbar als in de zaal genuttigd kan worden.

Fixed menu and good choice of mostly natural / organic wines. 10 modern, slightly asian inspired courses were served at the day of my visit. The restaurant was fully booked, but I was lucky and still got a seat at the window still, which is equipped with super comfortable bar chairs. Good athmosphere, a friendly and knowledgeable staff/owners arranged a great evening. Too bad that the restaurant is dar away from where I live...have to return and can only recommend everybody enjoying modern cuisine to visit this restaurant.

Asian-influenced dishes are served with impeccable timing and by staff who are not just friendly but genuinely make you feel welcome. Probably one of the best meals I’ve eaten, ever. At €58 for the menu it may seem a bit expensive but the quality and the preparation are absolutely worth it.

I found the chefs and front of house very nice with the table service. The food was absolutely amazing. Great wines and for a really fare price. I would recommend booking a table here, I know I will be back in a different season trying another set menu.

The service was also perfect, not overdone, but very high quality. There was only a set menu at 85 euros, with possibility of full or half glass wine pairings.

The menu is always inspired by Asian cuisine, we had a lot of Japanese ingredients which were absolutely wonderful. Wine pairings really elevated the dishes even more. Staff is competent and friendly. Prices are more than honest given the quality of the food and service. We definitely recommend to go there and will come back ourselves. Good to note that it takes no less than 3 hours from your arrival to your last dish being served. Restaurant with about 25 seats so we recommend booking well in advance.
