★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für ein dickes Lob ist es nie zu spät ! Seit nunmehr über 12 Jahren betreut mich "analogen technischen Dinosaurier" Herr Jörg von der Forst von der Firma ACS & EL Computer auf das Allerbeste, ob es umd die Anschaffung von Laptops, Drucker und anderer Hardware zu absolut akzeptablen Preisen und Lieferung frei Haus geht - da braucht man wahrhaftig nicht in die bekannten Spezialmärkte fahren oder sich im Internet nach vermeintlichen Schnäppchen umsehen - oder um die fachkundige Installation, dass das Ganze dann auch harmonisch miteinander funktioniert. Vor allem aber finde ich es gut, dass, wenn Festplatte, Drucker, oder wie zum letzten Wochenende auf einmal die Emailfunktionen nicht mehr gehen, der Firmenchef umgehend auf Hilferufe seiner Stammkunden reagiert und notfalls auch schnell Hausbesuche einplant. Mein aktuelles EDV-Problem hat er so heute wieder souverän gelöst und alles ist wieder gut. Das ist der Grund dafür, dass ich die Firma ACS & EL, nach vielen positiven Erfahrungen in der Vergangenheit, nun endlich einmal ausdrücklich empfehlen möchte !

For over 12 years now, "analogue technical dinosaurs", Mr. Jörg von der Forst from ACS & EL Computer, has been looking after me to the very best, whether it is about the purchase of laptops, printers and other hardware at absolutely acceptable prices and free delivery - you really don't need to go to the well-known specialty markets or look around for supposed bargains on the Internet - or to have the expert installation so that the whole thing works harmoniously with each other. Above all, however, I think it's good that if the hard drive, printer or the email functions suddenly stop working like last weekend, the company boss immediately reacts to calls for help from his regular customers and, if necessary, quickly schedules home calls. He solved my current IT problem with ease and everything is fine again. That is the reason why, after many positive experiences in the past, I would like to finally recommend ACS & EL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut Top! Schnell, kompetent, super nett, Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, besser geht es nicht. Bin jetzt schon länger immer mal wieder dort Kunde für Dienstleistungen und Hardware. Bin immer wieder super zufrieden.
Absolutely top! Fast, competent, super nice, price / performance ratio is right, it couldn't be better. I've been a customer for services and hardware for a long time now. I'm always super satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Service, total angenehm, schnell, fairer Preis. Display am Laptop meiner Tochter gebrochen, was in Zeiten von Corona-Beschulung wirklich ärgerlich war -- Ersatzteil war aber schnell da und ich bekam sofort Meldung, dass ich den Laptop vorbeibringen kann. Trotz dazwischenliegenden Feiertags superschnelle Arbeit und ich konnte das Ding am nächsten Werktag wieder abholen. Das schafft kein größerer Laden :)
Super service, totally pleasant, fast, fair price. Broken display on my daughter's laptop, which was really annoying in times of Corona school - but spare parts were quickly there and I immediately got a message that I could bring the laptop over. Despite the holiday in between, super-fast work and I was able to pick it up the next working day. No bigger shop can do that :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz Entfernung zum Standort des Betriebs, daher zwei Internetkäufe, Rechner, wird man bei Problemen nicht im Stich gelassen. Freundlich, absolut korrekt, kompetent und fair. Unsere nächsten Desktop-Rechner werden ausschließlich bei ACS & EL gekauft, da fühlen wir uns, obwohl auch keine Laien auf diesem Sektor, wenn es richtig brenzlich wird sehr gut aufgehoben. Fazit, sehr empfehlenswert, vielen Dank!

Our next desktop computers will only be bought from ACS & EL, because we feel very well taken care of, even if there are no lay people in this sector, if it gets really hot. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut Empfehlenswert !!! Sehr sehr sympathisch, kompetent und verdammt seriös. Ich hatte schon fast heulend dort angerufen das mein Rechner von gestern auf Heute nimmer hochfährt mit der Frage ob ich fix vorbeikommen könnte und wurde aufs freundlichste nicht enttäuscht. Mein Problem wurde fachmännisch gelöst, die Kiste schnurrt wieder und ich bin Happy :)

Highly Recommended !!! Very very personable, competent and damn serious. I had almost cried there that my computer would never boot from yesterday to today with the question of whether I could come by and was not disappointed in the friendliest way. My problem was solved professionally, the box purrs again and I'm happy :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte Probleme mit meinem Laptop, die Fehler wurden hier richtig erkannt und beseitigt (auf der Hauptplatine musste unter anderem auch gelötet werden). Der Laptop läuft so ruhig wie noch nie, danke :-). Ich würde jederzeit wieder meine Hardware in die Hände von Herrn von der Forst geben. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach nur top. Zudem kann ich nur sagen, dass mir die von der Forsts sehr sympathisch und kompetent waren.
Ich wollte ursprünglich woanders hin, aufgrund der Öffnungszeit und meiner Arbeitszeit aber zum Glück habe ich es doch einrichten können!

I had problems with my laptop, the errors were correctly recognized and eliminated here (among other things, the motherboard also had to be soldered). The laptop runs as smoothly as never before, thanks :-). I would give my hardware back to Mr. von der Forst at any time. The price-performance ratio is just great. In addition, I can only say that the von der Forsts were very personable and competent to me.
I originally wanted to go somewhere else, but luckily I was able to set it up because of the opening hours and my working hours!
5 stars from me!
