Die Freundlichkeit gepaart mit fachlicher kompetenz übertrifft alle meine Erwartungen. Kein Vergleich zum Elekrodiscounter. Ebenso die zeitliche Dauer der Reparatur sowie der Preis sind sehr moderat, gerade zu sehr kostengünstig. Ich kann CPV mit besten gewissen und Wissen nur weiterempfehlen. I bought 2 devices from this computer store and had them repaired several times. The friendliness paired with professional competence exceeds all my expectations. No comparison to the electronic discounter. Likewise, the duration of the repair and the price are very moderate, especially too inexpensive. I can only recommend CPV with best conscience and knowledge.

Herr Bege von CPV-Computer hat mein in die Jahre gekommenes Laptop mit viel Kompetenz und Herzblut wieder zum laufen gebracht. Ich bin dankbar, dass es solch ein Geschäft noch gibt, wo nach "guter alter Väter Sitte" gehandelt und gearbeitet wird. Nicht mit Gold aufzuwiegen!! I can not confirm the last two reviews, do not even understand (were they in another store?). Mr. Bege from CPV-Computer has brought my aged laptop back to life with a lot of competence and passion. I am grateful that there is still such a deal where "good old fathers custom" is traded and worked. Not to balance with gold !!
F	Florian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich WAR ein potenzieller Kunde. Ich habe dort angerufen und nach einer 240er wasserkühlung gefragt. Der Verkäufer sagte mir das er eine dort hätte diese aber teuer sei. Auf Nachfrage am Telefon was sie den kostet heißt es 130€. Im Geschäft angekommen legte er mir auf Nachfrage den Karton auf den Tresen. Es war allerdings eine 360er kühlung. Auf Nachfrage ob er auch eine 240er da hat fragte er wo der Unterschied ist... Computer Fachgeschäft? Nun gut ich wollte sie trotzdem kaufen. Da meinte er sie sei aktuell aufgebaut und ob ICH ihm zeigen könnte wie das mit der RGB Beleuchtung ginge. Sry aber Kunden sollen einem IT Fachmann erklären wie eine simple Beleuchtung funktioniert? Egal ausrede das ich selbst erstmal die Anleitung studieren muss und ich nur Mittagspause habe. Er ging an den PC und meinte für 150€ könne ich sie mitnehmen... Am Telefon waren es 130 sagte ich und er meinte Jaaaa dafür habe er sie gekauft. Die Argumentation das sie nicht mehr original verpackt ist und bereits in Benutzung ist entgegnete er das ich froh sein sollte weil der Aufbau ja aufwändig sei und ich sie ja auch nicht mehr entlüften müsse. Ich habe bereits mehrere AIO s verbaut und nie niemals nie haben sie geblubbert. Unfassbar inkompetent und unfreundlich. Ich kann niemanden empfehlen dort zu kaufen oder sich beraten zu lassen. Am Ende berät der Kunde den Mitarbeiter! I WAS a potential customer. I called there and asked for a 240 water cooling. The seller told me that he had one there but it was expensive. When asked on the phone what it costs it says 130 €. When I got to the store, he put the box on the counter for me. However, it was a 360 degree cooling. When asked if he also has a 240 he asked where the difference is ... Computer shop? Well, I wanted to buy it anyway. He said it was currently set up and whether I could show him how it would work with the RGB lighting. Sry but customers should explain to an IT specialist how simple lighting works? No matter excuse that I first have to study the instructions myself and that I only have lunch break. He went to the PC and said I could take it with me for 150 € ... On the phone it was 130 I said and he said yeah, that's why he bought it. The reasoning that it is no longer originally packaged and is already in use, he replied that I should be happy because the construction is complex and I no longer have to ventilate it. I have already installed several AIOs and they never, never, never bubbled. Incredibly incompetent and unfriendly. I cannot recommend anyone to buy or seek advice there. In the end, the customer advises the employee!

T	Tobias Kohl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Computerladen. Herr Bege hat es mal wieder geschafft, meinen defekten Rechner instand zu setzen, er läuft wieder fehlerfrei. Manchmal ist er zwar etwas im Stress, aber nur weil er schnellstmöglich seine Kunden zufrieden stellen möchte. In den Letzten Jahren hat er mich super betreut. Ich hoffe, dass er noch lange für mich da ist. i am very happy with the computer store. Mr. Bege has once again managed to repair my defective computer, it is running error-free again. Sometimes he is a little stressed, but only because he wants to satisfy his customers as quickly as possible. He has looked after me very well over the past few years. I hope he will be around for a long time.
