★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient store, with a good variety of staples (including some great peanut sauce for stirfries etc). Only negative is that they don't accept credit cards (which is very unusual as someone coming from the States).

Great job! Better assortment and layout, fi ally a front counter for the cigaretes etcc.
Only bad thi g is they have removed the ATM and that sucks! Bring it back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of many ubiquitous Albert Heijn's in Amsterdam, built into an existing residential bldg. Tight to maneuver but better than the AH around the corner on the overtoom across from park. Small cool section with sushi and snacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not the supermarket I was looking for. There aren't many options to choose from, often just a moderately priced Albert Heijn option and another really high priced option. There aren't many varieties of products either, specially for cooking products. It seems its a supermarket for people that want to drink expensive beer and eat pre-made food. There are some good options on the cleaning department but also a bit more expensive than other supermarkets nearby. Things are wrongly priced or placed and its specially hard to figure that out if you don't speak the language.
