This is not a woman friendly space reflected in the fact that the only ones who come more than once have drink issues.
One of the few bars left where it's OK to smoke a joint (then you get to realise why so many ban it now).
There is a cross section of the community on some days and on others it is awash with young, white, upwardly moblie, or grumpy, old, lechy, white men or obnoxious dope smoking and dealing, Moroccan men!
The food leaves a lot to be desired - 7.50 for a fish soup with surimi is a bit much in a bar and at 5 the panini should at least be on a panini and not a cheap crusty roll, the meatballs lack meat and have gunky sauces.
Food pricing and quality contrasts massively with the pricing of the drinks!
It's open later than most of the nearest bars and they are also better to watch football in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice neighbourhood bar. Not too many tourists. Special food events like Spare Ribs or Mosseles with Fries. Good music, nice people and most important: Dogs are very welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place! We came in with a rather big group, but it was no problem for the bartender – she was friendly and fast. We ended up staying all night, enjoying the nice beers Café Quelle has and playing card games
