★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wandered in .5 hours before closing. They helped me select a few amazing pieces that I love and will keep me warm. They never rushed me through the process and to top it off they were kind, funny and had great advice. Go and shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfriendly. The two employees were not willing to help me with a return and sent me to a different American Vintage location. After that, I called at the headquarters of American Vintage and was told that I could return the item at any location. When I arrived at the other store, the employees said that they were already warned I would come, and they did not accept my return. Overall, this feels very sneaky, mean and unfriendly. Definitely poor customer service. Since all the locations in Amsterdam are linked to each other and are franchised, I strongly recommend ordering online as it will save you a lot of problems and unfriendly encounters.
