★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Store is cute, stuff is nice, clothes are ok.
But the changing rooms have the worst lighting ever. It just emphasises every little defect and it makes you look horrible. Feels like whoever designed the fitting rooms did not try clothes in them.
In the end I didn’t buy anything because I just got sad, and regretted all my life choices and will never step in again in that store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad service, I bought a pair of boots and a bottle of face spray, and when I got home I found that they only put the boots in the bag, staff there are not very happy, so, please improve the working environment to make them feel better. Not gonna buy anything from this brand and the company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stuff was great. The only terrible thing is that when I tried several jeans, the manager blamed the stuff about how many I brought to the fitting room. I didn’t get the maximum which was seven and jeans is always hard to choose without trying. If the store didn’t welcome trying, please close the fitting room rather than giving me the impression that I was doing something wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here almost every month. I love that I can buy my favorite skincare from the Ordinary and I love their nail polish variety of colors.
Clothes are pretty expensive so I always wait for sales season.
I can’t say anything about the staff because I mostly don’t interact with them, but the cashiers have always been nice (some nicer than others)
I like the store outline as it is simple and and easy to navigate
