N	Nina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a loyal customer, I have seen and been basically in all of your stores, and was treated many times with a lot of respect, but the way how I was treated in this store last week I've never experienced before! Completely ignored by the girl behind the cashier even though I spent over 300€ on the spot!! Not even a simple "hello" or "thanks", no reaction at all! Honestly, I don't think you have the luxury to treat your customer in this arrogant way especially in the Netherlands where your product is in a kind of premium position! I have to say that that the guys who work in this store are really kind and helpful!

And whilst the designs are still what you hope them to be, alas, the quality is not. Pilling after barely one season (I expected more of a 220e cashmere top) and holes appearing in woolen knits (and not at the seems). Spend your money somewhere else, this brand is not what it was.
E	Estro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only had contact by phone with one of the store's employees named Dimitri to enquire about a dress I had ordered through the online store which I wanted to return. I had previously contacted the allsaints customer service email in regards to this and just wanted to check if I could alternatively come by the store to have it checked out in person so I could get my dress ready on time for the holidays. I was told this was not possible, which is fine and understandable but it was done in a terrily rude manner and on top of that the employee talked over me, continually called me 'sir' despite me being a woman. I hope my issue with my dress gets resolved but this experience has definitely made me weary of ever shopping here in person.
