The breakfast has much choices, the rooms are being cleaned up everyday (if you want to), in the rooms there is a smart TV (bonus info), there is also a free bar from the afternoon to the night. But most importantly, the building is in a very good place, there is much places and things to do near the hotel! I very, very recommended!
B	Brianna Gorman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ disappointed with this hotel. It was only a high of 65 degrees during our stay and the room was so incredibly hot. We couldn’t open the windows and the AC machine gave off more heat than it helped. Online it says that breakfast is included and I got here only to find out it costs 13€/person. The good reviews about the complimentary breakfast was one of the reasons I booked. I know it’s difficult with covid and maybe that’s why breakfast is no longer Included but they should’ve taken that off their website if that’s the case because it’s misleading. Room was tiny and smelled and the staircase is spiral and incredibly steep and no elevator. Location is pretty good, it’s quiet here but only a short walk from Museumplein, leidseplein etc. cleanliness was also somewhat lacking, the floor felt and looked dirty, bathtub didn’t look that nice and side note: the shower head was awful and barely worked on most settings. Im confused about how this hotel has so many good reviews because I’m mostly dissatisfied with my experience and would probably not stay here again. But on a positive note, the staff was wonderful!

The hotel was great value for money, centrally located, very cute rooms with a nicer than usual toiletries selection box. The only down side is that they don’t have a lift and the stairs are very tight so it’s not ideal with luggage. The hotel also has an open bar in the evenings which was a nice touch. I have already recommended this place to colleagues and would try to stay here again on future work trips.
C	Carol Demetrios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy boutique hotel. Stayed here 4 nights in August, with a city view room on the top (third) floor. Excellent friendly staff, comfortable room and bed with three pillows of varying types for each person! Bathroom was fine (although I hate bathtubs)...nice amenities and very clean. But the best thing was the wonderful made to order breakfast (plus buffet items), the afternoon snacks and complimentary wine and beer and complimentary coffee, water and soda all day!!!! No elevator, and very steep circular stairs, big suitcases might be an issue but otherwise fine.

No shower gel/ in-fact the bottle had black mould. 4. WiFi is good ✅ 5. The main staff team are good, but cannot do anything ✅?. 6. Rooms are clean but could be cleaned!!!! 7. Lighting in Deluxe Room, mmm well I will let all future residents work it out. 8. Bed is comfortable 9. Sheets are good and felt laundered properly on first sleep, no idea when room will be turned down or refreshed again, I am here 6nights!!
