β β β β β Heel slechte ervaring met de uroloog. Ik zal de naam niet noemen maar hij heeft een reprimande ontvangen. Er zijn absoluut betere alternatieven. Dit nooit meer.
Very bad experience with the urologist. I will not mention the name but he has received a reprimand. There are definitely better alternatives. Never again.

β β β β β De operatie viel mij 100% mee, alleen heel veel last van andere klachten nu dat ik niet blij mee bent, ze zeggen dat het niet door de ingreep kan komen maar daarvoor geen last dus raar.
The operation was 100% easy for me, only a lot of other complaints now that I'm not happy with it, they say it can't be because of the surgery, but no problems before that, so that's strange.

β β β β β Vandaag de eerste bij Andros Amsterdam geweest. Vriendelijke en uiterst deskundige staf en medewerkers. Uitgebreid een intake en vooronderzoek gehad en daarna volgde een inwendig en pijnloos onderzoek naar de prostaat. Eindgesprek met -en aangeboden vervolgtraject door- de uroloog was perfect.
Went to Andros Amsterdam for the first time today. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff and employees. Had an extensive intake and preliminary examination, followed by an internal and painless examination of the prostate. Final interview with and offered follow-up by the urologist was perfect.

β β β β β Sterilisatie 21-09-2021. Ik ben eigenlijk blind gevaren op de reviews op zorgkaart Nederland, google en van Andros kliniek zelf. Hieronder volgt mijn ervaring met deze kliniek.
Ben goed ontvangen door drie dames bij de receptie, na wat formaliteiten in de spreekkamer gezet en binnen 10 minuten kwam de behandeld arts me ophalen. Start van de Sterilisatie
Hier is er iets mis gegaan met de verdoving, 2 prikken die zeer pijnlijk waren, toen het snijden dat was vreselijk. Heb aangegeven dat ik zowat out ging van de pijn. Ff paar minuten gewacht toen weer door, heb alles gevoeld en het deed zeer tot halverwege mijn borst. Weer aangegeven dat het niet gaat en dat ik er het liefste mee stop. Echter is opgeven geen optie en door naar de andere kant, weer pijnlijke prikken en wederom deze onverdraagzame pijn. Wat ik de behandelend arts kwalijk neem is dat er geen alternatief is bedacht of actie om de pijn te verminderen. Dit is totaal arts onwaardig, en zelfs strafbaar.
GEEN nazorg, deze hele situatie (die toch zeer traumatiserend is geweest) stond zelfs niet in het dossier toen ik de volgende dag ben gebeld door nazorg. Snap niet zo goed waarom deze kliniek zoveel goede reviews krijgt dit was echt vreselijk.
Heb twee weken (letterlijk een week niet kunnen lopen) niet kunnen werken door de pijn . Voel t nu nog steeds (precies een maand later)
Ik hoef nu geen reactie meer van jullie, ik heb dit aangegeven bij de behandelend arts bij de nazorg medewerkster, en jullie eigen enquΓͺte bureau. Dossier is jullie bekend (mits het genoteerd wordt')
Zorgkaart Nederland heb ik geprobeerd een mildere versie van deze reviews te posten Dit omdat ik daar op vertrouwt heb. Deze hebben na een week nog steeds niets online gezet
Sterilization 21-09-2021. I was actually blind to the reviews on care card Netherlands, Google and Andros clinic itself. Below is my experience with this clinic.
I was well received by three ladies at the reception, after some formalities put in the consulting room and within 10 minutes the treated doctor came to pick me up. Start of Sterilization
Here something went wrong with the anaesthetic, 2 pricks that were very painful, then the cutting was terrible. I indicated that I almost passed out from the pain. I waited a few minutes and then continued, I felt everything and it hurt halfway through my chest. Again indicated that it is not going and that I would prefer to stop. However, giving up is not an option and on to the other side, painful pricks again and again this unbearable pain. What I blame the treating physician is that no alternative or action has been devised to reduce the pain. This is totally unworthy of a doctor, and even punishable.
NO aftercare, this whole situation (which has been very traumatizing after all) was not even in the file when I was called by aftercare the next day. I don't understand why this clinic gets so many good reviews, this was really terrible.
Couldn't work for two weeks (literally not being able to walk for a week) because of the pain. Still feel it now (exactly a month later)
I no longer need a response from you, I have indicated this to the attending physician, the aftercare employee, and your own survey agency. Dossier is known to you (provided it is noted')
Zorgkaart Nederland I have tried to post a milder version of these reviews. This is because I have relied on it. These still haven't posted anything online after a week

β β β β β Have been trying to book an appointment for two days. My gp has already sent my details over to them. I called several times, and for most of them they just hang up whenever i ask them to switch to English, without even saying anything. I get that you might not want to talk to me in English but at least either give me another number, send me an email, or find another person that can help in English. That is, to put it politely, very disappointing

**ATTENTION: If you are not Dutch, I would recommend not to come to this clinic. When you try call them, few times already they hang off the call when I speak english. The treatment for non Dutch speaker is very different than if you speak the language.
If you call by phone, they hang off the call !!!! What kind of serious business do that???
After pay 400 euros in a private clinic, I feel like I should not have done the surgery (vasectomy)
Im regretting and afraid now that this pain will stay chronic forever.
Im going to need to look for another different clinic, to treat what this clinic have done to me.

β β β β β Shameful and unacceptable. I made my appointment long ago. Provided my ID and all details that day. Once I had an appointment I happen to have an already expired ID and I am waiting for a new one in matter of a day or two. Even though they had already confirmed all my details, they refused to take me in 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment. I wasted two full paid days to take free time to get this done and now I will have to waste more time waiting for another one. Not in their clinic obviously.
