Y	Yasmina Wiencek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich würde es keinen empfehlen dort hin zu gehen ich warte auf meine nagelneue brille und dessen ausrede ist die ist kaputt wie wenn die neu ist ich warte schon 5 wochen auf die Brille I would not recommend going there. I am waiting for my brand new glasses and their excuse is they are broken as if they are new I have been waiting for the glasses for 5 weeks

Sie hat mit mir zwei Brillen ausgesucht und ist auf meine Vorstellungen und Wünsche eingegangen, im Großen und Ganzen schien Sie mir sehr sympathisch, wusste was Sie tat und man merkte Ihr an, dass Sie Spaß an Ihrem Job hat. Ich war wirklich sehr zufrieden und freue mich schon darauf endlich meine Brillen abholen zu können. Last week I was at Apollo's forum on Saturday and received great advice from Ms. Ay. She chose two pairs of glasses with me and responded to my ideas and wishes. On the whole, she seemed very personable to me, knew what she was doing and you could tell that she enjoyed her job. I was really very satisfied and am looking forward to finally picking up my glasses.

Beim Sehtest für Kontaktlinsen werden Bearbeitungsgebühren berechnet, obwohl man gesagt bekommt: wenn die Linsen dort gekauft werden, sei die Anpassung und Nachkontrolle kostenlos??? Werte gibt es leider nur für ein Auge übermittelt! Bei Nachfrage heißt es dann: so wird es hier ausgedruckt! Schade Not that long wait ? Processing fees are charged for the eye test for contact lenses, although you are told: if the lenses are bought there, the fitting and follow-up check are free of charge??? Unfortunately, values are only transmitted for one eye! When asked, it says: This is how it will be printed out here! Pity
M	Max Mustermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehtest, Beratung, Freundlichkeit alles top. Bestellte Brillen kamen früher als gedacht. Wurde sofort freundlich telefonisch benachrichtigt, direkt aus der Filiale - und das sogar samstags. Abholung bereits 1 Stunde später ohne Probleme. Bei mir hat alles super geklappt von A bis Z, deshalb auch volle Punktzahl. Diese Filiale und die sehr netten Damen (kamen authentisch rüber) vor Ort kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen, weiter so! Eye test, advice, friendliness - everything was great. Ordered glasses arrived earlier than expected. Was informed immediately by phone, directly from the branch - even on Saturdays. Pick-up already 1 hour later without any problems. Everything worked out great for me from A to Z, that's why I got full marks. I can definitely recommend this branch and the very nice ladies (came across as authentic) on site, keep it up!
R	Rainer Schroer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lustloses Personal, Sehtest nur bei Neukauf einer Brille, obwohl die letzten Brillen von dem gleichen Apollo Laden waren. Sehr sehr unfreundlich. Schade, dann eben nicht! Listless staff, eye test only when buying new glasses, although the last glasses were from the same Apollo store. Very very rude. Too bad, not then!
c	cheyroline cheyroline on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war letzte Woche dort. Eigentlich möchte ich keinen Stern vergeben. Ich brauche eine Gleitsichtbrille, meine erste, also habe ich null Erfahrung damit. Sehtest gemacht, der schon sehr kurios war. Brille ausgesucht und was soll ich sagen, null Beratung erhalten. Fragen von mir sind nicht beachtet worden. Zum Schluß kam nur, wieviel wollen Sie anzahlen. Habe die Brille angezahlt bin raus, nach 5 min wieder rein und habe den Auftrag storniert. Ich war so unzufrieden, daß ich nicht anders konnte. Service sieht etwas anders aus. I was there last week. Actually, I would like to give a star. I need a progressive goggles, my first, so I have zero experience with it. Sehtest made, which was already very curious. Goggles selected and what should I say zero advice received. Questions from me have not been considered. Finally, only how much do you want to count. I paid the glasses out, after 5 minutes again and have canceled the order. I was so dissatisfied that I could not help. Service looks a bit different.

Ich habe mich für eine Gleitsicht-, und aufgrund des Angebots, für eine Sonnenbrille entschieden. Ich fühlte mich als Kunde ernstgenommen und komme gerne wieder. Ich kann Apollo nur empfehlen. ?? I was at Apollo's forum this morning and was given very good and extensive advice. The staff is very friendly and competent. I opted for varifocal lenses, and because of the range on offer, I opted for sunglasses. I felt that I was being taken seriously as a customer and would be happy to come back. I can only recommend Apollo. ??
