A	A Bö on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verlässlich, freundlich und konsequent bemüht recherchierte man hier nach einer SONY ALPHA 77 DSLR für uns (Die Kamera ist leider aus dem SONY-Programm genommen worden - es konnte also nur Glück sein). Da hier, bei PHOTO PORST Geldern, der Schwerpunkt auf SONY liegt (selten genug), verlief das Ganze sehr fachkompetent ... und ... fast auch erfolgreich, denn eine ALPHA 99 DSLR Vollformat konnte man sogar neu noch anbieten. Leider war dieses Modell dann letztlich nicht passend, weil grundsätzlich erheblich oberhalb des Budgets. Für mich zählt aber, wie bemüht das Gespräch im Geschäft und der wenige Tage später erfolgende Rückruf verlief. Es war ein Fachmann, ein super nettes Bemühen und humorvolles Gespräch dazu :-) Das ist (hier leider 'wäre') lokales Kaufen! Im Internet jedenfalls wäre das so nicht abgelaufen! Eine SONY-Anlaufstelle kennen wir jetzt ... aber sicher gibt's hier auch bei anderen Dingen solchen Service. DANKE! Reliable, friendly and consistently hard they researched a SONY ALPHA 77 DSLR for us (the camera has unfortunately been removed from the SONY range - so it could only be luck). Since here, at PHOTO PORST Geldern, the focus is on SONY (rarely enough), the whole thing went very professionally ... and ... almost successfully, because an ALPHA 99 DSLR full format could even be offered now. Unfortunately, this model was ultimately not suitable, because it was essentially well above the budget. What counts for me, however, is how eagerly the conversation in the shop and the call back that took place a few days later went. It was a professional, a super nice effort and a humorous conversation about it :-) That is (unfortunately 'would be' here) local buying! In any case, this would not have happened on the Internet! We now know a SONY contact point ... but there is certainly such service here for other things as well. THANKS!

Am Telefon Termin zur Digitalisierung eines 8mm Films vereinbart. alles sehr sympathisch erklärt bekommen und blitzschnell bearbeitet zurückerhalten. Ich hatte mit 4-5 Tagen gerechnet und bekam es innerhalb von 24h. Preis-/Leistung ebenfalls absolut in Ordnung und bei der Qualität bin ich mir sicher, dass hier das Maximum rausgeholt worden ist. Wirklich empfehlenswert! Very nice young photographer with angelic patience with the smaller children. Very friendly and patient, and gave us plenty of time for image selection. Really recommended!
