E	Evelyn Izaks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onvriendelijk personeel. Beloven te bezorgen, wordt niet gedaan. Heb zelf maar even gerekend hoe lang ik met medicijnen zou kunnen doen... Klopt niet. Regelmatig te weinig geleverd. Puffer bevatte achteraf 60 inhalatie, geen 120. Maandenlang beschuldigd dat ik "teveel pufte". Dure houder leveren, maar geen losse patronen. Dat cashed lekker bij de verzekering, iedere keer een hele nieuwe puffer... En aangezien ze het weer voor elkaar kregen dat, er te weinig geleverd was... Pas ik mijn review aan. Want Lisette Baak, geeft leuk 5 sterren maar is zelf, hoofdapothekers-assistente bij Apotheek Francken. En je kan leuk dreigen met een advocaat. Ben ik niet van onder de indruk. Fijne avond nog. Unfriendly staff. It is not made to promise to deliver. Just figured out how long I could do with medicines ... Not correct. Regularly not enough delivered. Puffer contained 60 inhalations afterwards, not 120. Accused for months of "puffing too much". Expensive holder, but no loose cartridges. That cashed nicely with the insurance, every time a whole new puffer ... And since they got it done again, that too little was delivered ... I adjust my review. Because Lisette Baak, gives a nice 5 stars, but she herself is a chief pharmacist's assistant at Apotheek Francken. And you can threaten with a lawyer. I am not impressed. Have a nice evening.
R	R de Zoete on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al 2 jaar aangesloten bij apotheek franken en 5 nieuwe herhaalrecepten Vedder (chronisch gebruik, nooit opnieuw hoeven te vragen bij de huisarts in 10 jaar), en ze zijn hem weer kwijt. Ik weet niet waar ze ze laten maar gebeurd regelmatig dat ik 'geen recept' heb voor medicatie die ik al langer dan 10jaar gebruik. (update 2 jaar veder) na 9 keer een nieuw herhaalrecept geregeld te hebben bij mijn huisarts (die mij nu wantrouwt hierdoor)verkondigt apotheek franken dat zij niet aan herhaalrecept doen, dit is niet waar want in het zelfde gesprek heb ik wel beroep kunnen doen op mijn insuline herhaal recept. ik begin mij inmiddels af te vragen of er geen malafide praktijken plaatsvinden achter de balie, ook omdat ik als ik naar een andere (spoed)apotheek ga zij wel direct mijn recepten kunnen vinden. om verdrietig van te woorden En boven op slordigheid, ook nog eens onbehulpzaam onvriendelijk personeel. wat niet schroomt om weg te lopen of op te hangen bij klacht of probleem als ik de mogelijkheid had gaf ik ze -5 sterren. ook valt het op dat de wel positieve reviews allemaal van mensen zijn die daar zelf werken, dit mag helemaal niet van google, en heb deze reviews dus ook gemeld als belangenverstrengeling Snel opzoek naar een andere apotheek in de buurt Affiliated with pharmacy franken for 2 years and 5 new Vedder repeat prescriptions (chronic use, never having to ask the doctor again in 10 years), and they have lost it again. I don't know where they put them, but it happens regularly that I have 'no prescription' for medication that I have been taking for more than 10 years. (update 2 years later) after having arranged a new repeat prescription with my doctor 9 times (who now distrusts me because of this), pharmacy franken announces that they do not use a repeat prescription, this is not true because in the same conversation I could rely on my insulin repeat prescription. I am now starting to wonder whether malicious practices are not taking place behind the counter, also because if I go to another (emergency) pharmacy, they can immediately find my prescriptions. to say sad And on top of carelessness, unhelpful unfriendly staff. which does not hesitate to walk away or hang up in case of a complaint or problem if I had the opportunity I gave them -5 stars. H	Hannelore Saul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer onvriendelijk personeel tot onbeschoft toe. Herhaal recepten liggen nooit klaar en ook niet de juiste medicatie. Ik ben al 5 jaar bij deze apotheek en elke keer als ik kom, ligt het of niet klaar, of verkeerde merk medicijnen. Ben meerder malen voor niets erheen gereden. Moet dan de arts bellen, deze heeft altijd netjes het recept doorgestuurd. De manier waarop ik aangesproken ben meerder malen is zeer onder niveau. Ik heb van de 80 keer dat ik er geweest ben, misschien 10 keer het juiste recept (herhaal recept, altijd het zelfde) ontvangen. Ik raad niemand aan om met delicate zaken zoals medicijnen, deze apotheek de zorg toe te vertrouwen. Medicijnen worden door de brievenbus gegooid in hele hoge aantallen terwijl mijn hond achter de deur ligt. En er zijn wel eens medicijnen niet bezorgd, en zij beweren stellen dat dit wel het geval is. Dat het door de brievenbus gedaan is. (ik heb deze dicht laten maken juist om het risico dat ze toch weer de medicijnen er doorheen gooien en mijn hond vergiftigd wordt. (al had ik gevraagd om een aantekening te maken, om dit alsjeblieft niet te doen! Jammer, ik ga nu toch maar naar een andere apotheek. Very unfriendly staff to rude. Repeat prescriptions are never ready and not the right medication. I have been with this pharmacy for 5 years and every time I come it is either not ready, or wrong brand of medicine. Have driven there several times for nothing. Then you have to call the doctor, he has always sent the prescription properly. The way I have been addressed several times is very poor. Of the 80 times I've been there, I have received the correct recipe (repeat recipe, always the same) maybe 10 times. I do not advise anyone to entrust this pharmacy with the care of delicate matters such as medicines. Medicines are thrown through the mailbox in very high numbers while my dog is behind the door. And sometimes drugs have not been delivered, and they claim that they are. That it was done through the letterbox. (I had these closed precisely because of the risk that they would throw the medication again and my dog would be poisoned. but to another pharmacy.

Ik had medicatie nodig voor een onstokende vinger dus via mijn huisarts ben ik doorgewezen naar deze apotheek , vervolgens wilde ik contact opleggen voor het recept van de medicatie maar er werd doodleuk een dag lang niet opgenomen en pas vandaag eind van de middag kreeg ik ze eindelijk aan de lijn, maar toen bleek dat ze het recept uberhaupt niet op voorraad hadden (uiteindelijk laat in de avond nog bezorgd). alhoewel vond ik dat het personeel erg amateurische en neerbuigend heeft gehandeld en ergste geval nog heeft gelogen over het feit dat zij de dag ervoor nog geprobeerd hebben om mij te bellen wat natuurlijk niet waar is en daarnaast verkochten ze nogal waanzin om te zeggen dat mijn zorginstantie verkeerd heeft gehandeld in dit geval dat mijn woonbegeleider (ik woon op een woonlocatie) niet kwam opdagen terwijl de debetreffende woonbegeleider had telefonisch gezegt dat ik zal langskomen bij het apotheekpratijk om het recept op te halen. Als ik u was zal ik niet in zee gaan met deze apotheek, want je word niet op een professionele en klantvriendelijke wijze geholpen door hun. What a horribly negligent pharmacy this is! I needed medication for an inflamed finger so through my GP I was referred to this pharmacy, then I wanted to contact you for the prescription of the medication, but there was no answer for a day and only today at the end of the afternoon I finally got them on the line, but then it turned out that they didn't have the recipe in stock at all (eventually delivered late in the evening). although I found the staff to have acted very amateurish and condescending and worst of all lied about the fact that they tried to call me the day before which of course is not true and in addition they were quite mad to say that my health care agency acted wrongly in this case that my residential supervisor (I live in a residential location) did not show up while the relevant residential supervisor had told me by telephone that I will visit the pharmacy practice to pick up the prescription. If I were you, I would not go into business with this pharmacy, because they will not help you in a professional and customer-friendly manner.

We hadden urgent medicijnen nodig en waar de huisarts ons afpoeierde, kregen we direct hulp van Apotheek Francken. Was shocked to see the many negative reviews, but the staff was very helpful both on the phone and at the desk. We urgently needed medicines and where the GP brushed us off, we received immediate help from Pharmacy Francken.

N	Neon Cherry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ meds always available same day or next. no complaints. the guys at the front desk could use some customer service skills and de-escalation techniques when clients are upset though (not me, but witnessed a client get upset and the front desk was confrontational instead of patient)

The young people are usually nice, but, once, I went with a new prescription on a Saturday (I work the rest of the week) and one of the older pharmacists was angry with me because "I should not have gone on a Saturday with a new prescription" (!??). She could have told me politely, but was not the case at all. As for the rest, I have no complaints.
