Owner is very unfriendly guy who shouts at customers. The Hague has plenty telecom shops who are a lot better and friendlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware guys, never go to this place, i went to them with my dead samsung note 4 on 24 September, they estimated labour charges of euro 25 for repair plus the part cost if any part needs replacement. On 25 September when i went to collect me phone they said they can not fix my phone and still asked me to pay 25 euros or else refused to return my phone. It was like keeping my phone overnight for euro 25. Never go to this place if you wish not to waste your hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst. I asked if they can help taking out my sim card (which stuck in my sony Z3). The guy opened the phone to take it out, which made the originally waterproof phone having a big slit on the front side. And I have to pay 15 euro for that. He also removed the warranty sticker on my phone without even asking me. Worst than ever, dishonest and inconsiderate shop.

This company saved my phone today !! 6 months ago, my phone fell on a marble floor and began to leak on the inside. I had no clue where I could fix my phone w/o paying half of my salary for it !! Luckily, ET was able to handle it .. within 20 minutes !! It felt like they gave me a brand new phone !! With their quick & very kind service, I know who & where to go to when my iPhone has it's problems :D
