★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional service! brought my laptop to fix because it was not turning on. the guy replaced and threw out my old battery without having a charger to charge my laptop and with the new battery it still doesn't work, and he refuses to give me back my money! Therefore HORRIBLE unacceptable service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave them the phone with 1 problem to repair (broken sim card holder) and received the phone back with extra 3 problems (back case falls off with leaking glue all over, a blurry camera which doesn't focus anymore, damaged back case where the glass for camera is)! They do not want to recognize their fault. They took the money for "diagnostics" and told me via email that they didn't damage my phone and they offered to change the back case. As you can imagine, I do not want any "fixes" from their side, but my money back and a compensation for the damage. No answer... Just skip this shop. Horrible experience. Zero stars if I could!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately despite all the positive reviews praising student fix for their low prices and quick repairs, my charging port took 2 weeks to fix and i was not even informed. The guys in the shop were helpful and nice but even when i was in contact with the team i was not informed my phone was already fixed, I had to go and check myself after 2 weeks.. Plus the manager was not available on call if there was anything to be dealt with with clients. I couldn't even get a reduction because he was not reachable ,but no bad remarks about the boys in the shop. Even if most reviews are positive, hence why i decided to choose student fix, service was extremely slow and prices not so cheap with no reduction for slow service..
