He didn't forget to explain the details when he found something, and it helps me a lot to understand when I got the report. He also took his time to explain further, as the report is in Dutch. Our house inspection was done by Guido and he guided us well about the possible maintenance that the house will require covering all the small details, also if you miss out on something, he was pretty approachable later as well. Overall very expat friendly.
