Ich hatte bislang Glück und musste nie lange warten.
Je nachdem wen man vor sich hat kann es aber vermutlich auch mal erheblich dauern.
Die Öffnungszeiten sind der Allee angepasst und ausreichend.
Die Qualität der Beratung hängt sehr vom jeweiligen Mitarbeiter ab.
Zuletzt war ich sehr gut beraten, auch ein Lieferverzug meines neuen Galaxy wurde vor Ort gelöst.
Davor hatte mir ein anderer Mitarbeiter eine BT-Box als angebliches Geschenk zum Vertrag beigelegt. Dann tauchte die mit 24 x 3,50 € auf der Rechnung und auch (ganz gut versteckt) im Vertrag auf.
Ganz schön listig, der Knabe.
Alles in allem suche ich lieber den Shop auf als mich durch die Hotline zu quälen.

The opening times are adapted to the avenue and sufficient.
The quality of the advice depends very much on the individual employee.
Recently, I was very well advised, a delay in delivery of my new Galaxy was also resolved on site.
Before that, another employee had given me a BT box as an alleged gift for the contract. Then it appeared with 24 x € 3.50 on the invoice and also (quite well hidden) in the contract.
Pretty cunning, the boy.
All in all, I would rather go to the shop than struggle through the hotline.

Kundenservice gleich Null und dazu sind die Mitarbeiter noch mega unverschämt! Sollten nochmal zur Schule gehen, eine Ausbildung machen, damit man weiß wie man mit Kunden umzugehen hat.
Noch dazu ist das Netz einfach nur sinnlos überteuert.?
