★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist nicht das erste Mal, dass man unfreundlich angesprochen wird. Odere besser: Manchmal merken die Mitarbeiter gar nicht, dass jemand da ist. Gekauft haben wir unser Auto in Erkelenz, weil wir auch den nahen Service wollten. Plötzlich war die Filiale allerdings zu - und Bescheid gesagt hat man uns erst gar nicht.
Jetzt waren wir wieder da. Es sollte eine Anhängerkupplung eingebaut werden. Zu zwei hingefahren und: das Auto war gar nicht fertig. Bis 16.30 Uhr sollten wir da sein. Aber anstatt kundenfreundlich mit uns zu sprechen wurden wir nur knapp auf morgen verwiesen Wir haben ja sonst nichts zu tun. Ja - und so geht es uns regelmäßig, wenn wir kommen. Noch nie wurden wir bei unserem Autokauf so schlecht begleitet.
It is not the first time that someone has spoken to you in an unfriendly manner. Or better: Sometimes the employees don't even notice that someone is there. We bought our car in Erkelenz because we also wanted service close by. Suddenly, however, the branch was closed - and we weren't even told.
Now we were back. A trailer coupling should be installed. Drove there in pairs and: the car wasn't even ready. We should be there by 4.30 p.m. But instead of speaking to us in a customer-friendly manner, we were only briefly referred to tomorrow. We have nothing else to do. Yes - and that's how it is for us regularly when we come. We have never been so poorly accompanied when we bought a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt toller Service, sehr nettes Personal und ein sehr großes Lob an der Werkstattmeister.
Hier wird nur das repariert was wirklich notwendig ist, und es gibt keine böse Überraschungen bei der Rechnung.
Wir werden immer wieder gerne die Autowerkstatt besuchen, auch wenn wir eine längere Fahrt
in Kauf nehmen müssen.

Really great service, very nice staff and a very big compliment to the workshop foreman.
Only what is really necessary is repaired here, and there are no nasty surprises with the bill.
We will always be happy to visit the garage, even if we have a long drive
have to accept.

Die letzte 2 habe ich auch hier gekauft.
Alle Mitarbeiter, sowohl beim Verkauf als auch beim Service sind sehr nett. Die Wartung- und Reparaturtermine bekommt man schnell.

Da wir von sehr weit weg sind, haben wir vorab telefonisch alles besprochen und brauchten nur zum vereinbarten Termin kommen und unser Auto abholen. Super Service und total unkompliziert. Vielen Dank!!!

The staff I dealt with never called me, told me to call when they were at lunch, making me call back several different times, failed to understand everything that was wrong with car, failed to notice low oil. This all may be cultural, but my impression was they really did not want my business and I concluded that it was because I'm American.

On October 23, 2021 I bought a new Honda CRV Hybrid Facelift model and this is was my first visit in person, before this we had all the conversations via email and right from the beginning I was pleased by the speed and quality of communications. I arrived from Spain to Dusseldorf (I'm not german) and Oliver was so kind to personally meet me at the airport and drive me to the office where we finished all the documents and made a test drive. The next day in a few hours only we finished with all registrations, insurance, license plates and I was able to start my long trip back home. :)) The car is awesome, exactly as I expected! Also, just in a week since I presented all the export/registration documents, I've got the 19% German VAT refund - exactly as we agreed from the beginning. As a result, I'm totally satisfied and have zero claims or concerns. Thank you SO MUCH, guys! ❤️
