Ich wollte mir eine grobe Einschätzung zum Ankaufpreis für ein Smartphone einholen. Die Bewertung des Zustandes fiel in meinem Fall komplett weg, da es sich um ein komplett neues und noch verschweißtes Gerät mit Rechnung und Knapp 2 Jahren Herstellergarantie handelte. Das habe ich dem Mitarbeiter am Telefon auch ausdrücklich so geschildert. Trotzdem wollte man mir nicht einmal eine grobe preisliche Einschätzung geben. Der Mitarbeiter bestand darauf, dass ich dafür extra im Laden vorbeikommen solle, was in meinem Fall eine Anreise von ca. 20 min mit dem Auto bedeutet hätte, wie ich auch am Telefon erklärte.
Bei sämtlichen anderen ähnlichen Läden in der Region konnte man mir ohne Probleme eine Preiseinschätzung geben.
Diese verhaltene Art und Geheimniskrämerei ist in meinen Augen höchst unprofessionell und total unsinnig. Immerhin wollte ich nur eine grobe Einschätzung und nicht etwa direkt ein verbindliches Angebot einholen.
Zum Restlichen Service bei diesem Laden kann ich keine Auskunft geben.
Mein Tipp: Wenden Sie sich an die Konkurrenz, wenn sie ein Gerät verkaufen wollen. Dort begegnete man mir deutlich hilfsbereiter und offener.
Telephone service is absolutely inadequate.
I wanted to get a rough estimate of the purchase price for a smartphone. The assessment of the condition was completely omitted in my case, as it was a completely new and still welded device with an invoice and almost 2 years manufacturer's guarantee. I explicitly described it to the employee on the phone. Still, they didn't even want to give me a rough estimate of the price. The employee insisted that I should come to the store especially for this, which in my case would have meant a journey of about 20 minutes by car, as I explained on the phone.
All other similar stores in the region gave me a price estimate without any problems.
This restrained manner and secrecy is, in my eyes, highly unprofessional and totally nonsensical. After all, I just wanted to get a rough estimate and not a binding offer directly.
I cannot provide any information on the rest of the service at this store.
My tip: contact the competition if they want to sell a device. They met me there in a much more helpful and open manner.
