★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely shocking Custer service my mum wanted to buy a new fit bit there and was willing to spent quite a bit of money on it. She ended not getting one as being in her mid 50s she needed some advice. She was told to just do it herself as they didn’t have the time upon asking. No one was paying attention to her even though the shop was not that busy. This is unacceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are problems with everything. First the ticket machine to enter the car park was broken and we waited 20 mins there. Then there was an issue with finding anyone in the entire shop that speaks English. Then there was another issue as our product that we ordered online was not there even though it was supposed to be there last Friday. The cherry on the top was disgustingly rude and unprofessional customer service including the manager that was literally banging his hand on the counter while trying to explain to us what went wrong. He also failed to provide us with a complaint form or email address. I do not recommend anyone going there, much better to go to Düsseldorf where the customer service is on a much higher level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seemed that there are only two adequate employees in the whole store. They are definitely understaffed and half of staff just have no idea what they are doing. Service is very slow. Would advice to change the management..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At this moment shopping is not possible and only items ordered online can be picked up or the service related things are taken care. We had a query regarding change in address but we couldn't get definite answers regarding that or right people weren't available. The products were ready when we went there. It was a smooth pickup. Not sure about the parking as we have parked near the big delivery area unknowingly. Pets were allowed inside.
