I've bought a Mountain Buggy for 1100 euro's. After delivery I have asked 2 questions per email, however I've never received any response. A bit rude if you ask me.

I actually enjoyed shopping here it was really just a shame that they said they could support VAT free purchases (I was shipping it overseas) but they actually could not. Specifically they could not provide the proper invoice format (invoice number, VAT registration number on same document). The fact that they did not deliver me the required invoice format immediately I can accept but what I am most disappointed about was the fact that I provided very clear instructions a full week before I needed it, but they ended up responding two weeks later which was a full week too late for me to submit the VAT refund papers on time. In actual value I paid 90 EUR more than I expected to due to my lack of VAT refund.

Just had very bad experience with this shop, they just make people fool that the baby bed etc are on big sale which is not true at all, they are very expensive then other baby shops. I thought they were cheap so i order bedroom furniture for my baby . unbelievable when i came home i typed the brand name in order to show my mother i came across so many shops which were selling same furniture , same brand for very cheap price . so i called them up same day within 3 hours in order to cancel my order . but they told me not possible anymore. when i asked them to let me speak to manager , answer was she is busy on phone and she will ring u back . i waited 3 days no one called me back . so after trying many times i get chance to speak to manger , but she told me that she could not do anything for me. part from that i am single mother who just moved so no one around me to pick up the furniture from shop, my home is not far from shop . they charge 150 for deliver and assemble one baby bed and one baby cupboard. Had never come a across such a bad service. I will never go to this shop anymor. Baby dump is best

We have visited all the brands/shops around Amsterdam and Babyland is now our top choice. People at Zaandam store were very helpful (a middle-aged lady was really good in explaining and showing all the practical needs with the stroller, which was 1000 times better than just reading stuff online), consumer service people (especially Patrick) were very active in trying to help (when they said they will call us back, they did, when they had more information on our backorders, they also kept us updated; this is very different to a few other places we made orders online, where I had to call multiple times to ask for an update), and even the delivery person was very nice. Highly recommended, I don't think we will ever visit other stores :)

Terrible communication and long delivery timelines. We order a rocking chair 2 months ago. We were told that there was a waiting time of 2 weeks to get it at home, and still waiting (2 months later). We have to continually call the store to check for status and they told us that we will get it at home today actually but this did not happened. We called again and again they said there was a delay... Now my baby is gonna born next week and we still don't have the rocking chair we bought and paid 2 months ago. Same with the care seat maxi cosi, which we need for the Hospital. We bought it 2 weeks ago, they said in 2 weeks we will have it at home and now the waiting time is of 1 month (when the baby will be already born)! It is unacceptable. I do not recommend to buy anything in this store.

We got great advise from the young man Alex who was helping us choose the right stroller for us. He didn’t just straight up sell us a stroller, but asked us about our wishes and really listened to what we had to say. All i can say is we really had a great experience at Babyland and will certainly be back for more!

Terrible service. You wait forever to have someone help and then they barely know the products they have. Some are even plainly rude.
