★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met de mega mazzel dagen zijn we eindelijk onze hele baby-uitzet voor ons eerste kindje gaan shoppen zo leuk!! Bij binnenkomst werden we heel vriendelijk ontvangen door Esmee die ons vervolgens heel fijn geholpen heeft. Ze gaf super goede, duidelijke uitleg over alles, we mochten zelfs in onze auto de isofix+maxicosi passen. Al met al echt mega tevreden over de kennis en klantvriendelijk van Esmee en zeker geslaagd voor de baby uitzet!
 With the mega lucky days we finally went shopping for our entire baby trousseau for our first child so much fun!! Upon entering we were very kindly received by Esmee who then helped us very nicely. She gave super good, clear explanations about everything, we were even allowed to fit the isofix + maxicosi in our car. All in all, really very satisfied with the knowledge and customer-friendly of Esmee and certainly passed the baby trousseau!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag personal shopping met Marloes gehad , hierbij uitleg over de kinderwagens , autostoeltjes en ledikantmatrasjes gekregen op verzoek. Marloes betrok andere klanten ook bij haar uitleg , maar voornamelijk had ze aandacht voor ons . Alles wordt kort en duidelijk uitgelegd en voor gedaan . Ze dringt niets op , prettige communicatie en enthousiasme , eerlijk en denkt goed mee met je . Jessica kwam ook informeren bij ons , deelt haar eigen ervaringen , vriendelijk , representatief en denkt ook mee met de klant . Ik zat tussen de bugaboo fox en easywalker harvey te twijfelen , maar Jessica heeft mede ook door haar eigen ervaringen met de bugaboo de knoop voor mij kunnen door hakken . Dank jullie wel voor de vriendelijke , eerlijke en geduldige service .
Had personal shopping with Marloes today, received an explanation about the prams, car seats and crib mattresses on request. Marloes also involved other customers in her explanations , but she mainly paid attention to us . Everything is briefly and clearly explained and done. She does not impose anything , pleasant communication and enthusiasm , honest and thinks along well with you . Jessica also came to us for information , shares her own experiences , is friendly , representative and also thinks along with the customer . I was hesitating between the bugaboo fox and easywalker harvey , but Jessica was also able to cut the knot for me thanks to her own experiences with the bugaboo . Thank you for the friendly , honest and patient service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het begon bij Anouk in Zaandam! Wow wat een fijne hulp! Alles werd tot in detail uitgelegd. Wij konden er thuis even over nadenken. Eenmaal nagedacht gingen wij weer terug. Ditmaal bij Marloes. Alsof we gewoon thuis de dingen aan het uitzoeken waren :) Wederom de fijnste uitleg over alles wat we maar wilden weten. Niks was teveel. Respect voor het geduld , de aandacht, het meedenken!!! Wij komen fijn weer terug als we weer wat nodig hebben. Auto volgeladen en reuze blij! Alles voor onze nieuwe kleine man!!!
It all started with Anouk in Zaandam! Wow what a great help! Everything was explained in detail. We could think about it at home for a while. Once we thought about it, we went back. This time with Marloes. As if we were just figuring things out at home :) Again the nicest explanation about everything we wanted to know. Nothing was too much. Respect for the patience, the attention, the thinking along!!! We will gladly come back if we need something again. Car fully loaded and very happy! Everything for our new little man!!!

They were advertising special offer on the set of Easy Harvey stroller on their website but only after we ordered it, we let to know that it is not complete stroller set it was presented on their website. I found this very unprofessional and confusing. We couldn't cancel the order anymore so we had to ship it back for return to Prenatal at our own expenses! last time we ordered anything online from Prenatal! Very bad customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent a few hours here as expecting-parents. A majority of their sales staff (2 of the 3 we shopped with) are younger students who are enthusiastic but do not know the products very well. This is especially important when buying large ticket items such as baby strollers, as you want to be able to compare features and ask questions. Thankfully, I had done a lot of research beforehand. We were lured by the 'personal shopping' option that offered upto 20% discount. But prenatal first bumps up the price, and then gives you a reduction. This too is structured in a complicated manner (the total cannot include certain products etc). All in all, we felt we didn't get much of a price advantage, we would have spent less at other places, and had access to a broader variety of products - especially for strollers and car seats, you are better off shopping elsewhere. Even Baby land nextdoor seems to have a wider selection available. All in all I would have given them two star rating but am adding an additional star for Jessica (who eventually helped us, and was informed and helpful).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is big and clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Fitting rooms are spacious and clean. The variety of things you can buy there is great. Toilet and baby changing/feeding room is nice. The only bad thing is location: it’s quite uncomfortable to get there without a car (20 min walking from Zaandam NS station).
