Man kann dort eigentlich -von der Umgebung her- gut einkaufen gehen ABER ich habe einmal 8 Brötchen und 2 Geflügelrollen gekauft und habe Lieb und Nett nach einer Tüte gefragt mit der Begründung, ich sei mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs. Darauf hin wurde die ältere Dame richtig Laut im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes und meinte zu Ihrer Kollegin zu sagen ich würde schon zum X-ten mal eine Tüte für nichts haben wollen, obwohl dies mein erstes mal war. Ansonsten sind die zwei ältere Damen auch so immer unfreundlich. Man kommt herein und sagt Guten Tag. Darauf kommt kein Guten Tag von den Damen sondern... Bittschön? Bzgl. der Tüte habe ich eine Email an die Bäckerei geschickt. Mir kam die Email, die ich zurück bekommen habe mit anderen Worten so vor.. Ja, wir sind uns sicher das unsere Mitarbeiter schon wissen wie die mit Kunden umzugehen haben und die Firma würde es nicht schön finden, und die Dame auch, wie man über die denkt. Echt schade. Ich mein man kann verstehen das die Firma hinter den Mitarbeitern steht aber muss man das so direkt in der Email schreiben. (Wie gesagt, es wurde in anderen Worten geschrieben). Too bad. You can actually go shopping there - from the area - BUT I once bought 8 bread rolls and 2 poultry rolls and asked Lieb und Nett for a bag on the grounds that I was on my bike. Then the elderly lady became really loud in the truest sense of the word and said to her colleague that I would want a bag for nothing for the umpteenth time, although this was my first time. Otherwise the two older women are always unfriendly. You come in and say hello. That doesn't mean a good day from the ladies but ... Here you go? Concerning. I sent an email to the bakery about the bag. In other words, the email that I got back looked like this to me .. Yes, we are sure that our employees already know how to deal with customers and the company would not find it nice, and the lady also how to do it thinks about. Too bad. I mean you can understand that the company is behind the employees, but you have to write that directly in the email. (As I said, it was written in other words).
