★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never recommend them to any friend!The worst badthroom company I could use! They delivery 5 weeks after the delivery date and they couldn't even deliver the complete order. So I needed to cancel half of the order and the refund was not complete until I complain 3 times. Now I'm waiting for a piece of a product that they said they could deliver but not all pieces. What a terrible experience I have.

I've already got what I needed from another store so I didn't accept the delivery. I still can't get my money back.

Well said worst delivery service possible I have ever seen in my life. Because of their late delivery we didn't have shower 3 weeks in corona time. Just imagine. and yet they didn't care to send the order!
On top of that cheating on their internal review.Any review below 4 star they don't publish it in their website. I made a review and received an email that they have got the review but it was never published. and always saying we cannot do much !!!
Never ever in my life I will come back to this company and nor will recommend it. #NoToBadkamerwinkel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales part of their offering is good and that's where it stops. The after sale process....worst nightmare! They only deliver items to your doorstep (which in my case is a public pavement) without mentioning this when ordering or on their website, so getting large items into your house such as a bath is not their problem according to their customer service. The deliveries come at random without notification so if you're not home, too bad. They take no ownership for ensuring appropriate delivery and have no solution when customers face problems. Worst experience I've had in the Netherlands and zero customer service or care. Shocking experience never to be repeated or recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is a joke. We bought 6 items and 2 of them were wrong, which could happen but returning them is a mission impossible.
As of today, it is more than 15 days and we are still waiting for a "manufacturer report". When we write reviews about it, they respond with fake interest messages but in reality no body cares right after you pay. They probably also pay for hiding bad reviews so my partner could not publish her review here. I am giving another shot. I hope this one is published and prevents people falling into the trap of this terrible shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice enough staff in the store but they didn't place the order correctly and didn't deliver in time even though we chose them only for a quick delivery. There's no pro active communication about this and we had to call them several time to get an answer. The customer service team is really not helpful and it is not possible to call the store directly... If possible take a car and go somewhere else.
