Als huurder die altijd netjes zijn huur betaald ben je verder gewoon voetveeg. Been treated rudely several times. Unfortunately, as a tenant you are not a customer at Accolade. Dit terwijl ze er alleen woont. Vanuit Accolade is er drie keer een afspraak gemaakt om daarover te praten. Deze afspraken zijn om onduidelijke redenen geannuleerd. Corana kan geen reden hiervoor zijn. Al met al is de Woningstichting goed in het geld innen, maar als er service verricht moet worden geven ze geen thuis. De energieleverancier geeft aan dat ze een energieverbruik heeft van tenminste 5 personen en dat terwijl zij alleen woont en fulltime werkt. Onze dochter heeft herhaaldelijk aangegeven dat ze problemen heeft met de verwarming van haar appartement. Er zijn verschillende monteurs geweest en alle monteurs hebben een ander verhaal en niemand kan het probleem oplossen. Accolade is tot op heden niet gekomen met een oplossing om het probleem op te lossen of om haar te financieel te compenseren omdat de bijbetaling aan energiekosten de pan uit rijst. Accolade laat onze dochter LETTERLIJK EN FIGUURLIJK IN DE KOU ZITTEN! Our daughter lives on the Nachtegaalstraat and has had a sky-high energy bill for more than 2 years. Enorme kortsluiting in het toilet waar de vonkjes af komen maar het is niet erg genoeg voor deze mafketels om langs te komen in deze tijd. Er werd mij letterlijk verteld dat we wel op moesten letten omdat er daardoor wel brand kon ontstaan maar zolang dat niet is gebeurd, is het niet ernstig genoeg voor de woningbouw om in deze tijd van "corona" langs te komen en het te verhelpen. Er gaan ook jonge kinderen gewoon naar het toilet, maakt hen niets uit en want dan moeten we de komende maanden maar geen licht gebruiken volgens hun. Ze verschuilen zich achter de "overheidsregels" die nergens te vinden zijn en die ze ook niet op kunnen noemen. Ook goed om te weten, dat werd mij ook nog even verteld, als je een enorme lekkage of glasschade hebt dan is het ook maar de vraag of dat wel ernstig genoeg is voor ze langs komen. Kortom, huur hier maar geen huis. 1 star is still too little for this mockery. Huge short in the toilet where the sparks come off but it's not bad enough for these wacky boilers to come by at this time. Laatste periodieke keuring 2016, had voor komende vrijdag afspraak staan voor het vervangen van me cv... word afgebeld en zit nog zonder warm water en CV... voor mij en me vrouw geen probleem... alleen me zoon van 8 maanden trekt het niet.. Boiler failed last Monday. Last periodic inspection 2016, had an appointment for next Friday to replace my CV ... I am canceled and is still without hot water and CV ... for me and my wife no problem ... only my 8-month-old son pulls it's not..
B	Bertus de Vries on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blijkbaar vindt Accolade het helemaal goed om overlast gevende junks in hun woningen te huisvesten. Elke nacht tussen 4 en 7 uur wordt de hele Turflaan in Drachten wakker gekraaid door meerdere hanen (ook in de winter!). Nu komt waarschijnlijk de standaard reactie: Oh wat vervelend meneer, u kunt contact met on opnemen via.... Nou raad eens dat hebben we al tig keer gedaan maar er wordt totaal niet op gereageerd. Apparently Accolade thinks it's all right to house nuisance junkies in their homes. Every night between 4 and 7 am the entire Turflaan in Drachten is crowed awake by several roosters (even in winter!). Now the standard response will probably come: Oh how annoying sir, you can contact us at.... Well guess what, we've already done that a hundred times but there is no response at all.
