E	Eduard A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The size of the pizzas (normal size) are perfect for one person. These are authentic Italian pizza with a thin bottom and crusty edges. Toppings are also fresh and tasty. Good place to come with a group of friends. Even the wine is good :)

The pizza crust is thin, without bubbles or giant burned spots: it is cooked to perfection. What impressed me was how the ingredients melted together. The cheese (authentic), the fresh basil, and the eggplant came together nicely to tame the sharp taste of anchovies. It was a feast for my sense of taste. There are some traditional options on the menu, like Margherita, and other options that are unique to Basta Così. The owner must be in love with pizza to create such a perfectly balanced combination of ingredients. Good job! Also, I did not get the name of the waitress, who was super friendly, but she works there on Wednesdays. Cato was the cook and I really need to say: "hats off, thank you for the masterpieces." I highly recommend Basta Così. It was recommended to me as the best pizza in town.
M	Marissa Horst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really, really good pizza! Some of the best thin crusts in Utrecht. It's fast, but steps up from fast-food and it's always lovely to have a pizza and a drink and soak up the sun for a casual meal out. Another plus: great service- are always friendly and smiling.
