Wer Geld in den Filialen abheben will, muss wissen, dass der Zugang an Geldautomaten meistens nach den Öffnungszeiten, nicht mehr möglich ist. Ich muss manchmal durch ganz Köln fahren um ein Automat zu finden ? Shell gibt doch bis 1000€ am Schalter (also es geht noch)... I have been a customer for 4 years and unfortunately the services are getting weaker and weaker. If you want to withdraw money in the branches, you have to know that access to ATMs is usually no longer possible after opening hours. Sometimes I have to drive all over Cologne to find a machine ? Shell gives up to 1000 € at the counter (so it's still possible) ...
V	Van on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Katastrophe! Leider sind bisher alle Mitarbeitenden mit denen ich bisher in Kontakt gekommen bin sehr unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Hinzu kommt, dass nicht einmal eine Zahlung mit Kreditkarte möglich ist (..und das bei einer Bankfiliale). Wenn die Möglichkeit besteht zu einer anderen Filiale zu gehen - UNBEDINGT! Service wird in dieser Filiale ganz klein geschrieben. Schade. Absolute disaster! Unfortunately, all the employees I have come into contact with so far have been very unfriendly and unhelpful. In addition, it is not even possible to pay by credit card (..and that at a bank branch). If there is an opportunity to go to another branch - ABSOLUTELY! Service is very small in this branch. Too bad.
M	Mat Ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paket liegt in der Filiale "zur Abholung bereit" doch die Filiale öffnet aufgrund eines Streiks nicht zu den angegeben Zeiten. Eine vorherige Benachrichtigung mit der Sendungsbenachrichtigung hat es nicht gegeben. Es gibt ständig Ärger mit dieser Filiale... Die Mitarbeiter*innen sind oft unfreundlich und teilweise wurde die Filiale schon vor den offiziellen Ladenschlusszeiten geschlossen. Parcel is "ready for collection" in the branch, but the branch does not open at the specified times due to a strike. There was no prior notification with the shipment notification. There is constant trouble with this branch... The employees are often unfriendly and in some cases the branch was closed before the official closing time.
E	Elke Bretschneider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am liebsten würde ich gar keinen Stern vergeben. Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter und unfreundliche Security Leute am Eingang. Sie diskriminieren die Leute, die ein Masken Attest haben. Sie halten es noch nicht mal für nötig an den Eingang zu kommen um sich das Attest anzuschauen. Unverschämtheit!
E	Eren Özbek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann die schlechten Rezensionen hier überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Wenn man freundlich zu den Mitarbeitern oder den Securityleuten ist bekommt man die Freundlichkeit genauso auch zurück. Mein Berater für mein Konto war auch hilfreich und sehr kompetent. Weiter so! ? Fast, friendly and helpful. Can't understand the bad reviews here at all. If you are friendly to the employees or the security people, you get the friendliness back as well. My advisor for my account was also helpful and very knowledgeable. Keep it up! ?
