Über die Serviceleistungen des Personals kann ich leider nichts sagen, da ich Volksbank-typisch bei einer anderen, regionalen Gesellschaft der Volksbanken bin und deshalb nicht den vollen Service nutzen kann. Der Außenbereich der Bank wird häufig unmittelbar an den benachbarten Geschäften von Bettlern belagert. Beim Bargeld abheben wird man durchaus unangenehm beobachtet und anschließend oft auch direkt angesprochen. Ich persönlich meide die Bank aus diesem Grund. The interior looks very tidy and clean. There are several machines available. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the service provided by the staff, as I'm typical of a Volksbank at another regional Volksbank company and therefore can't use the full service. The outside area of the bank is often besieged by beggars right next to the neighboring shops. When withdrawing cash, one is observed uncomfortably and then often spoken to directly. I personally avoid the bank for this reason.

Ich wurde und werde sehr gut beraten und das hat sich über die Jahre nun schon sehr gut ausgezahlt. Besonders lobend möchte ich hervorheben, dass meine Familie und ich für mein Hauskauf sehr gute Tipps(Schwäbisch Hall) und eine sehr gute Beratung in der Dellbrücker Filiale erhalten habe. Die Kölner Bank ist gefühlt eine große Community, wo ich für die jeweilige Sache die richtigen Expert*Innen zu Rate ziehen kann. I was and am given very good advice and that has paid off very well over the years. I would like to particularly praise the fact that my family and I received very good tips (Schwäbisch Hall) and very good advice in the Dellbrücker branch for my house purchase. The Kölner Bank feels like a large community where I can consult the right experts for the matter at hand. I've been a homeowner since 2019 and I'm so glad I did it through Kölner Bank. Die Gespräche und Beratungen sind genau angepasst und hier wird keinem etwas empfohlen was nicht zu einem passt oder man nicht möchte. Perfekt mit eigenem Parkplatz für Kunden. Nur zu empfehlen! The branch is a bit smaller but very neat and clean! There have never been any problems and the staff are always very friendly. The discussions and consultations are precisely tailored and nobody is recommended anything that doesn't suit them or that they don't want. Perfect with its own parking space for customers.
