★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the decor and music is very nice. The food was extremely average/bad and expensive. The burgers don't come with fries, for 10 to 15 euro per burger I would expect at least fries. Service was slow and the place was empty. Staff were nice but this place needs a lot of work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the place the first moment I saw it! The decoration is really amazing, thay have two different atmosphere, but both super American. Cool 60's music playing and really good burgers and ribs. The best ribs in Leiden!
The owners are really nice and welcoming. If you have not yet went to Bel Air's, you must give a try!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to pass by on the street but once you enter there is a lot to discover. An American style diner in the Netherlands ran by a Ukranian family. How international would you like it to be? ???
Worth mentioning is the outstanding service that comes with a family buisines. Very very nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from here online, only realise now that it is an easily missed restaurant I catch a glimpse off every once in a while. The value was excellent. The ribs were slightly over cooked and could do with more sauce to compensate. One of the best burgers which I have eaten in Leiden and the fries are the perfect size and crispness for me. Looking forward to eating there in person when things reopen.
