Adverteren met 250 eur onder 250k maar rekenen 50 eur opslag voor appartementen (alsof je in Amsterdam een appartement kan kopen onder 250k), en 100 eur opslag voor validatie (alsof niet >90% van de taxaties worden gedaan ivm bankfinanciering en zonder validatie nutteloos zijn). Try to fool with rates. Advertise with 250 eur under 250 k but charge 50 eur storage for apartments (as if you can buy an apartment in Amsterdam under 250 k), and 100 eur storage for validation (as if not> 90% of the appraisals are made due to bank financing and are useless without validation) ).

I called them the next afternoon, lady on the phone told me she cannot make appointments but she will let the agent know and they will call me back. I was never called back. A few days later I call to get an update, I get the response "the viewing slots are full, sorry", and that they reached out to everyone who has asked for a viewing. I repeated a few times that this is exactly why I'm calling, that I was never reached out. This was a house I was quite keen to bid, which I cannot do without a viewing. But the response was "I don't know what happened, but I cannot give you a viewing". No further checking with the agent, no trying to remedy, no excuse, nothing. I sent another email explaining the above, and never got a response to that either. This is not only hurtful to me, but also to the seller; where I might have been the highest bidder for the house and their agent BenS makelaars cost them the highest bid.
