★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nadat ik werd gevraagd om mijn mening te geven in een review, werd ik gebeld (terwijl ik had aangegeven geen verder contact te willen over de review), en door een medewerkster overvallen met opmerkingen over mijn mening. Ze was zeer onbeleefd, terwijl ik gewoon mijn mening gaf zodat ze hun service kunnen verbeteren. Als de huisarts zegt dat het op een bepaalde tijd af kan worden gehaald, wordt bij de balie verteld dat het wel binnen is, maar dat ze het niet meegeven, en dat het mijn eigen schuld is omdat ik een mail had moeten krijgen. De miscommunicatie tussen arts en apotheek wordt bij de klant neergelegd. Ik zou niet eens mijn klachten kwijt kunnen, omdat ik dan hoogstwaarschijnlijk eerst wordt aangevallen voor het ervaren van slechte service. Dikke lul drie bier
 After I was asked to give my opinion in a review, I was called (while I indicated that I did not want any further contact about the review), and was attacked by an employee with comments about my opinion. She was very rude while I just gave my opinion so they can improve their service. When the doctor says that it can be picked up at a certain time, the desk tells them that it is inside, but that they do not give it, and that it is my own fault because I should have received an email. The miscommunication between doctor and pharmacy is deposited with the customer. I wouldn't even be able to get rid of my complaints as it would most likely attack me first for experiencing poor service. Fat cock three beer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medicatie nooit op voorraad. Meerdere keren per week langs moeten gaan. Het ergste vind ik de service. Vaak veel personeel werkzaam, terwijl de wachttijden absurd lang zijn. Geen ruimte voor kwaliteit verbetering. Van bepaalde mensen snap je niet dat ze daar nog mogen werken. Meerdere keren onbeschoft afgekat. Bij mij altijd dezelfde persoon. Een enkeling doet zijn best. Als een arts een recept faxt, kan dat opeens niet aangekomen zijn. Het gevolg je zit een aantal dagen zonder medicatie. Waardoor ik weer stress ervaar.
Medication never in stock. Have to visit several times a week. The worst thing I think is the service. Often many staff are employed, while waiting times are absurdly long. No room for quality improvement. You do not understand that certain people are still allowed to work there. Rude several times. Always the same person with me. A few do their best. When a doctor faxes a prescription, it suddenly could not have arrived. As a result, you will be without medication for several days. Which makes me experience stress again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, the staff is very kind, helpful and I could communicate in English with them. Second, though the pharmacy wasn't able to use neither my visa nor my mastercard they found the product I needed and gave it for free (I had not enough cash with me). Big thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is unbelievable that pharmacy service does not speak English. The lady promised to call someone that would understand me and I have been waiting more than 20 minutes and finally conversation was disconnected. In that time, of course, nobody was able to get in touch with assistant.
