Very good experiences with this company! Understanding what is going on in the labor market. A company that really puts quality at the top. Unlike many colleagues, they don't go for the quick deal. No socially desirable phone call with the mandatory question of how it is but real attention. Thanks for the good cooperation!

Very positive experience with BetaSelect. They are not looking for a quick placement to score, but are willing to invest to really help you progress in the long term. They have their antennas switched off in the technical sector and they know what is going on.

What really appeals to me about Betaselect is their personal approach. You never feel like you're a number or that they want to place you somewhere quickly for personal gain. With their many years of experience in the technical labor market, they know well what is going on, so you really get ahead. They coach you professionally throughout the entire application process.

Gedurende het hele proces om tot een nieuwe baan te komen heb ik veel meerwaarde gehad aan Betaselect. Mijn cv werd niet ongevraagd gedeeld en elke mogelijke nieuwe vacature werd eerst met mij besproken.
Wat ik ook als erg prettig heb ervaren is het persoonlijke contact en een stukje coaching tijdens de verschillende sollicitatie rondes.
