- Lange wachttijden - Kan nimmer iets worden geregeld via telefoon - Doorvoer van gegevens via mail of post duurt ongv. één maand. - Werkt niet samen met andere instanties, werkelijk 'al' je gegevens worden opgevraagd. - Mijzelf sturen ze al 4 jaar post op een verkeerd adres, incassobureau weet mij altijd direct te vinden (zie deels bovenstaande klacht) - Jaren recht gehad op teruggave, nooit gehad. - Alles is een juridische kwestie TL;DR Incasseren kunnen ze wél, het "Hoogheemraadschap". Als je graag behandeld wil worden als een pachter, proleet of koalak (sommige hebben hier grof geld voor over) zijn dit de lui die weten wat jij lekker vindt.
- Long waiting times - Can never be arranged by telephone - Transit of data via e-mail or post takes approx. one month. - Does not cooperate with other authorities, really 'all' your data is requested. - They have been sending me mail to the wrong address for 4 years, the collection agency always knows where to find me (see part of the above complaint) - Was entitled to a refund for years, never had. - Everything is a legal matter TL; DR They can collect, the "Hoogheemraadschap". If you would like to be treated like a farmer, proleet or koalak (some are willing to pay a lot of money for this), these are the folks who know what you like.

Automatische incasso was helaas mislukt doordat ik het rekeningnummer had opgezegd waarvan de BGHU afschrijft. Dat is mijn fout geweest, dat klopt. Maar als je dan nadat de afschrijving jaren goed is gegaan direct een brief krijgt dat je het gehele bedrag binnen 2 weken moet betalen en dat er anders verdere stappen worden ondernomen vind ik geen manier van communiceren. Dit is precies hoe oplichters te werk gaan. Er wordt tevens niet stil gestaan bij mensen die niet zomaar het gehele jaarbedrag direct kunnen betalen. Ik heb een klacht ingediend op de website over de werkwijze, nooit een reactie op gekregen.
Unfortunately, automatic debit failed because I had canceled the account number from which the BGHU debits. That was my mistake, that's right. But if you then immediately receive a letter after the debit has gone well for years that you have to pay the entire amount within 2 weeks and that otherwise further steps are taken, I do not find a way of communicating. This is exactly how scammers operate. There is also no consideration for people who cannot simply pay the entire annual amount immediately. I filed a complaint on the website about the working method, never received a response.

Ik deel niet de algemene mening over de mensen die hier werken. Ik ben altijd vriendelijk bejegend. De keuze van het gemeentebeleid lijken mij niet hun keuze.
I do not share the general opinion about the people who work here. I am always treated with kindness. The choice of municipal policy does not seem to me to be their choice.

It's been 2 weeks of me trying to get an answer of what I am being fined for. They keep saying they will call me the next 1-2 days and never do. IT FEELS MORE LIKE AN INDIAN CALLCENTER SCAM THAN A GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION, SORRY TO ANYONE WHO HAS TO CONTACT THESE PEOPLE. THEY SEEM TO HAVE NO REASON TO HELP YOU.

I'd give 1+ for one helpful consultant that I have talked to. Apart from that nothing seems to work in there, website is useless, if you need to sort out, anything you have to send them paper letters like 100 years ago.

Never received the first letter asking us to pay the waste disposal tax yet we now receive a "reminder". The website is so annoying that nothing is possible to navigate. Tried to request a direct debit but after logging in with my DigID they say they don't have access to my BSN so I can't log in. No information on how I can proceed. Don't add functionality that doesn't work. On the letter they sent all the payment QR codes are invalid. The letter contains two bank accounts so obviously we have to figure out which one works. I get that you have a new account so just stop printing the old one too! Seriously such careless management. Terrible services. Extremely disappointing.
