β β β β β Be ready to spend 4 hours for the 7 course menu. Be ready that half glass of milk for your child costs 6 euro and welcoming cocktails are not for free. Prices are higher than in other 1-star Michelin restaurants we have ever been.

β β β β β The co-owner called me to confirm my dinner reservation, but it turns out she made an error as my dinner was 2 weeks later. I was running an errand when she called, so assumed I made an error in selecting the date online and said I cant come tonight, and she aggressively started to harass me and question TWICE why I would book then not show up for dinner. I didnt even ask for a refund and said they could keep the money, as it was their policy clearly outlined on the website. Absolutely rude for a restaurant and hotel of their supposedly rated caliber! Disappointing and totally writing off this establishment, and really question their training as a proper horeca.

β β β β β One star Michelin restaurant that can't work with dietary requests. No way to prepare food without shellfish or pork "That will be vegetarian". I've never heard of this in such an establishment. Any Michelin star restaurant we've visited has so far been able to accommodate dietary requests (even in Spain off all places), but for 1.100 Euro for a weekend this restaurant is above all that... What a shame.
