★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inexperienced staff. We were with 2 adults and 1 child, so we ordered 3 pancakes (2 big ones and 1 children’s pancake). She only brought out 2 pancakes and insisted we only ordered 2. No apologies (or aknowledgement of the mistake) or drinks on the house or anything. Had to wait a long time for the 3rd pancake as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice restaurant with big play at outside for kids. Place feels very authentic and especially the big fireplace in the middle gives a warm and cosy feeling.

- When you are lactose intolerant they won't have an alternative to use in your coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ate there on 01/2020. It was a quiet evening, a table was available on our arrival. Menus are only in dutch; and the waitress struggled to understand english, or my poor attempt in german...
With the rescue of Google translation and a bit of good will, I ordered a Texel lamb stew, and my girlfried a trout. These main plates came with side dishes.
Let's get straight to it : it was delicious. Thank you for this moment !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent enough food, quick service. Not really cheap (one caesar salad, one pancake, one children sundae, one sundae and one apple taart for 50 euros). Very nice if you have a small kid because of a nice playground.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really recommend the "skuum spektakel pancake". Thin and crunchy beer-flavoured dough! Not the thick pancakes that make you sick after some bites. It was absolutely delicious!!!!!
