★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best original 'Raspatat' you will ever eat. I really recommend eating here. It is located in the middle of a pine forest and near the beach on the western part of Texel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice spot on the edge of the forest near the dunes. The fries are an acquired taste, not the normal french fries, but some kind of deep fried potato puree. I kind of happen to like it, my kids don't.
The kroketten could be better.
But hey, if you are hungry, it's a great place to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the veggie burger and it was yummy, with fresh lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes toppings. I wish I had more time here for a milk shake or ice cream. Lots of ground area for picnicking. Great location with a nice looking over the dunes just a few hundred metres from the restaurant.
