Onze koffie wordt gebrand door Boot Koffie van The Golden Coffee Box koffiewinkel uit Baarn. Het branden van de koffiebonen gebeurd in Amersfoort in hun eigen koffiebranderij. Bij Boot Koffie houden ze van persoonlijk contact en geloven ze in langdurige relaties. Daarom selecteren ze zelf hun plantages en hebben op deze manier rechtstreeks contact met de koffieboeren. The kombucha was not that great and the vegan version of the carbonara pasta was overcooked and lacked flavor. The vegan lentil burger is very delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bindi burger was delicious. I saw some comments about the price but since everything is homemade with whole ingredients, I do not mind forking out an extra couple of euros at all. I would love to see more on the menu one day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious vegan food and really cozy atmosphere! I had the Bindi Burger which was very tasty for an ok price. Definitely recommend this 100% vegan restaurant which apparently also houses a yoga studio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow this place is a hidden gem. Interesting menu options, tasty drinks and the food is really amazing. I chose the Parelgort and it was the best version I’ve ever had. The staff is super kind and made us feel very welcome.
One thing tho… the place itself is not really inviting. We did not know the restaurant was part of a yoga-thing. So we were literally sitting in a shop. Not very gezellig. They deserve a nice restaurant area for themselves.
