★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice owner. But the repair shop itself is not great. I came for a repair of my MTB which wasn't done correctly so I had to come back. Then I requested them to change my tires as well (winter setup to summer setup) They charged me 20euros for that and didn't do the job correctly. My back tire was set in the wrong direction. When I asked them to change it they were insisting this would be better with regards to mud splashing up. (As if that makes a difference) After that I did insist on them setting the tire on correctly. Which they did but then still didn't do it properly. (The side line of the tire was not equally around the rim) So eventually I had to do it myself. Perhaps I was unlucky with the person who fixed my bike. But because of this I won't go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor professionalism. Bought TREK bike from this shop. Had a free service scheduled. After the free service took the bike home and found that the headlight was missing. Called the shop, someone spoke to me and asked me to come with the bike. I biked all the way to the shop to get an answer that we could not find your light. You must have lost it. Amazing that he concluded that I have lost it where I did not use my bike at all. I asked him why did you call me and waste my time where you could have said on the phone that we are a unprofessional people and cannot help you. If we find it means you lost it. Pathetic experience. I will not do any service with these people. I bought a fully loaded bike with them and this is the treatment you get.
